• Rooms are clean, attractive with big comfortable beds.

“This hotel is very conveniently located to the St. Louis airport, yet it isn't far from the downtown or Clayton. I like the room size and the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms modern with modern decor. We have stayed there many times. Oftentimes, there are conventions at the hotel.”

• The room was comfortable, excellent beds.
• They charged ten dollars per night to park my car.

“It's an upscale hotel with lots of amenities, but the food and drinks are pricey as well as the charge for parking. It's closeness to the airport makes it desirable for travelers.”

• The beds are so comfortable!
• They charged me $10 for parking my car overnight.

“This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel and I look forward to going back every time. In fact, I look for excuses to go! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. TVs were nice, as well - flat screen, high definition channels. I enjoyed my stay - as usual:).”

• The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
• The room was a little small, if I had to stay longer I would have felt claustrophobic.

“Overall, the hotel was great. Like I said the room was a little small, but since we were only staying one night, it was ok. It would have been nice to have free Wi-Fi. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway, I think it was the hotel cleaning staff just loud talking and equipment moving.”

• The beds were very nice and comfortable.
• This hotel was extremely busy and loud at all hours of the night.

“This was overall a nice hotel with very comfortable bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast offered except at the price and very limited shuttle services offered.”

• Very nice decor, made me feel that I was special.
• Too noisy.

“The hotel was easy to find and checking was simple. I did not like that I had to pay for parking since there was ample space. The room was very nice and I love the beds! The restaurant in the lobby had a nice selection and the food was excellent. My only complaint (besides the parking) was that the rooms do not seem to be well insulated. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

• Outstanding service by shuttle driver, bell hops, food, room delivery, desk staff. Exceptional
• I wish there had been a mini bar in the room. I arrived late and did not want to go to the bar, but wanted an alcoholic beverage.

“The hotel far exceeded my expectations for what I was looking for based on price. Everything was exceptional. The king sized bed was a welcome relief after a long day of travel.”

“The Renaissance Hotel at the St. Louis airport is a well appointed, upscale, hotel. The guest rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, both of which are very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance.”

“This is a classy hotel with a cozy feeling. I found it was cleaner and had a more inviting feeling than similarly priced hotels in the area. At night, the parking lot was well lit and staff was visible. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay at this hotel again.”

• Excellent soundproofing, right on the end of the runway, but no aircraft noise at all.
• Within its class hard to fault.

• This hotel had everything we needed, restaurants, lounge, pools and location.
• The only thing was, every once in a while you would hear the airplanes, but not too bad.

“This hotel was great. It had everything. 2 pools, restaurants, a very friendly staff. The hotel was not more than 25 min. from everything we wanted to do in st.louis. The pool was open late which after a long day in town was great for us and the kids. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“This hotel is in a very good location, close to everything a person need to get to(stores, airport,freeway,ect...) the pool was clean and so were the rooms.the landscape was kept beautifuly. I also would recommend breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant.”

• Parking was a little challenging, and airplanes could be heard at times

• The access of the Hotel to the airport and the interstate to get downtown was fantastic
• I never like to pay for parking at a Hotel but the daily charge was not bad at $5 a day

“The Hotel is a definitely a 4 star Hotel with excellent accomdations and decor. I would recommend this Hotel to all family and friends anytime they are in St. Louis.”

• Mostly, the location. I liked that we could be where we wanted to be in about 15 minutes.
• Paying for parking. That is why I didn't want to stay downtown.

• The bed was so comfortable (pillow top mattress and a comfy spread). Furnishings were very nice.
• The walk to and from the parking lot was more than I wished. $10/day to park.

“After staying in many hotels, the Renaissance was a pleasant surprise. The furnishings of the hotel and the room are more tasteful than most. It is conveniently located on I-70 near the airport and 170. There is a daiily charge for parking.”

• It was difficult to get to the hotel from all directions.

“Overall, the Renaissance was a beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. It was extremely difficult to get to the hotel from all directions and often we had to pass the hotel and drive for several miles to turn around and access a street that went to the hotel. There is also no complimentary continental breakfast.”

• Very nice, clean, friendly, an excellent place to stay
• The hotel charges $5 a day for parking, even for guests.

“I don't think a hotel should charge its own guests an additional fee to park in its parking lot. If they want that $5, they should just build it into the price of the rooms. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel, and I would recommend it to others. We will probably stay there again as well.”
