• Very nice and spacious rooms. Hotel was in excellent condition.
• Nothing to dislike - hotel was very nice

• Great customer service & valet/bellman service is excellent.
• Housekeeping was not good this time. Attention to detail was not given as it normally is.

• The access of the Hotel to the airport and the interstate to get downtown was fantastic
• I never like to pay for parking at a Hotel but the daily charge was not bad at $5 a day

“The Hotel is a definitely a 4 star Hotel with excellent accomdations and decor. I would recommend this Hotel to all family and friends anytime they are in St. Louis.”

• Mostly, the location. I liked that we could be where we wanted to be in about 15 minutes.
• Paying for parking. That is why I didn't want to stay downtown.

• CHARGING for internet access!

• The bed was so comfortable (pillow top mattress and a comfy spread). Furnishings were very nice.
• The walk to and from the parking lot was more than I wished. $10/day to park.

“After staying in many hotels, the Renaissance was a pleasant surprise. The furnishings of the hotel and the room are more tasteful than most. It is conveniently located on I-70 near the airport and 170. There is a daiily charge for parking.”

• The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.
• It was difficult to get to the hotel from all directions.

“Overall, the Renaissance was a beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. It was extremely difficult to get to the hotel from all directions and often we had to pass the hotel and drive for several miles to turn around and access a street that went to the hotel. There is also no complimentary continental breakfast.”

• Very nice, clean, friendly, an excellent place to stay
• The hotel charges $5 a day for parking, even for guests.

“I don't think a hotel should charge its own guests an additional fee to park in its parking lot. If they want that $5, they should just build it into the price of the rooms. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel, and I would recommend it to others. We will probably stay there again as well.”

“Would stay here again...but the hotel should consider providing a complementary breakfast (would be equally inclined to stay at any nearby "suites" hotel where that is offered).”

“The Renaissance in St. Louis is one of our very favorite places to stay. It is a very upscale, fine hotel, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking also feels safe and convenient. You just can't beat the Renaissance for being treated like royalty!”

• It was accommodating to our needs, convenient, clean, and nice.
• No free" breakfast for guests."

“We arrived Friday evening and had a nice dinner in the lobby restaurant. Our family then went swimming in a very nice, warm indoor pool. The room was quiet, clean and perfect for our one-night stay. We didn't have any trouble finding the hotel and it was very conveinently located near the airport where I had an early flight out.”

• The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is very nice.
• Nothing really, It used to be hard to get breakfast there unless you wanted the buffet, but now they have Starbuck's.

“The Renaissance Airport is nothing short of lovely. The rooms are larger than the normal motel room. The bathrooms are quite elegant with faux-marble counters and nice personal products such as Biolage shampoo and conditioner. There is now a Starbuck's in the lobby, which serves a breakfast croissant and fruit plates. The doorman was very helpful in freezing cold and snow. He was warm-hearted.”

• Everything about the hotel was pleasing. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

“The hotel was very convenient for getting to and from the airport. The staff was very professional in the way that they conducted their business. The whole place was spotless. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. I was very well pleased with my stay there.”

“The hotel was fine and comfortable. My only real comment was the bedding. The hotel is trying to follow Western and Marriott with the' Heavenly bed' idea. Unlike the other two Renaissance used low thread count sheets. The look was great the quality disappointing.”
