- Helpful and friendly staff.
- Had to pay for parking, ask for my room to be clean didn't get done. Keys to room worked half the time had to keep switching them out.

- Bed was comfortable, room was nicely decorated.
- Poor TV channel selection & housekeeping lacked.
“The room itself was very comfortable. Could not ask for a more comfy bed. It was nicely appointed. But my negative is the maid did not check to see that we were out of toilet paper that morning when she cleaned the room so there was none in the room upon return that evening. Needless, to say I had to go due to something I had eaten at dinner that did not settle well. I went to the front desk and she told me she could not help me out and that she would pass it on to housekeeping. I went back upstairs to the room and waited 15 min still no TP. Called housekeeping and they were like I just got the request and we will get it to you as soon as possible. I explained the urgency of my situation. Well, I guess they had to go to a local store and buy it for me because it was 35 minutes before I finally got it. All total I waited 50 minutes for toilet paper. In the meantime, my husband went back to the front desk and I ended up using Kleenex. I feel the housekeeping department was a true let down.”

- Indoor pool and hot tub area, convenient to Metro.
- One of the rooms they gave me someone was already in that room, had to go back down to the front desk and get another room.
“The hotel is nice we have stayed here several times. Normally we get either a king bed or two queens, but this time as I was checking in the hotel was booked up, but checked in soon after the 3:00 p.m. Check in time and waited in line and they were giving other people rooms with two queen beds or king rooms with sleeper sofa's. But when I got up to the desk they had given me rooms with just one bed in it. I told them I needed rooms with two beds in it. The desk clerk said that is all they had. That is the first time that I have not gotten a room that I requested.”

- Friendly and helpful staff, clean, upscale rooms.
- WiFi wasn't free.
“This hotel was clean and well-appointed for the business traveler. The bed was super comfortable. Their shuttle gave me a ride to the rental car company down the road. Many thanks for that! I was disappointed that WiFi only came at additional charge. But overall, a great place to stay.”

“This hotel far exceeded anything that I had ever stayed in. And the staff was totally awesome. We had a wrong full charge on our ticket, and the staff corrected it with no hassle, no complaining, and no arguing. Staff personal like this needs to be reproduced in all hotels and motels.”

- The room was ok.
- The staff was not eager to please.
“Had problems with alarm clocks in all rooms they went up an hour in time but it wasn't spring forward. Got up and left thought it was 5am and got to airport it was 4am. Went back to hotel and this had happened in every room and they did nothing to compensate us at all. So left very tired and upset. Will not recommend this hotel at all. The pool was closed as well.”

- It was close to airport and casino, nice beds.
- Not knowing about the construction, plumbing.
“The hotel itself was nice, however; not up to Hilton standards. Hotel was in process of updates. It would have been nice to know if the pool and fitness center would not be available due to construction. Fortunately we didn't plan on using those amenities. The plumbing was terrible, 3 flush toilet, shower water drained very slowly and collected in tub, sink was cracked. Noise was an issue, we were asked to turn the TV down but I don't think it was that loud. Hallway carpets well worn. The room was nice, beds/linens comfortable.”

- The staff are very friendly and don't make you feel like an inconvenience.
- No ramp for roller luggage from parking lot to hotel elevator.
“Nothing quite went right. Took 3 times as long to get room service, forgot coffee, etc. You have to park in the back of the building and there is no ramp, only stairs going into the building from the back, therefore you must lift your luggage up the stairs or drive to the front to drop-off luggage. Otherwise a really nice hotel. I really got the impression each department is not working well together, the staff is hard-working and trying hard for the customer, but not for each other.”

“I was assigned a new room, which was lovely and small. It was small because it was part of a suite, apparently. Unfortunately, the other half of the "suite" was occupied with people who talked loudly till 11:30 p.m. Since I had to get up early the following morning, this was unfortunate.”

- Front desk staff courteous & helpful. Close to airport. Next door to Avis. Restaurant food good, once you got it.
- Slow restaurant service. Holes in bathroom walls. Pool closed.
“Lowest-quality Hilton I've ever stayed in. Tepid (not hot) water in tub, though a call to the front desk corrected this eventually. I chose this hotel, in part, so I could swim. Pool was closed for repairs, and I wasn't told this ahead of time. Bathroom walls were being repaired, so had bare sheetrock exposed. Restaurant service very uneven; one day I was given a free glass of milk to take to my room, which was nice. The next day we walked out at 4pm because after being seated, all the staff disappeared for more than 6 minutes. We received no water, no menus, no bread. The hallways often seemed deserted. I would not go back unless, once again, the price was very low.”

- They gave us an unfinished room. Big plate coming off wall in bathroom, rug to closet incomplete.
“Yet, I overheard someone trying to get a room with a king size bed (when checking in.) And the price quoted verbally was twice what I paid. It was clean, very comfortable bed. There was a big plate in the bathroom, 16" x 16" behind the toilet that was off. The tub didn't drain fast enough, so when in the shower, the water always stayed above your ankles.”

“From no help with bags at check in, to the poor condition of the room (old carpet, cracks in tile, old toothpaste in sink) it was very, very distasteful. It clearly was not a 3 star hotel and I felt cheated. After my experience here and at the other hotel I rented (Holiday Inn near airport). My wife and son were very unhappy with both hotels.”

- It was "under renovation" and a big mess.
“I have stayed at this hotel many times, but due to the "renovation" it was truly a large mess this time. Even the front desk workers seemed as if they were under renovation as well! Hopefully, Hilton will get it together and the next time I stay will be much more pleasant.”

- Room in disrepair and wifi is not free in the room. 3 stars and no free wifi. That's robbery.
“This is rated 3 stars but we had to switch rooms once to find a room that didn't have a broken toilet. The second room still had a bathroom that was in disrepair: wallpaper peeling off. The bed and desk were okay but this 3 star hotel charges $9.95 for wifi usage.”

“Great price but paired us with 3 floors of fraternity boys that partied until 4 am and repeated calls to security were not effective. The next morning, we switched rooms to get away from the noise, beer bottles down the hallway and yelling and were downgraded, not what I would expect from a three star hotel.”

- Under some construction, and did not realize I would have to pay for parking at this hotel.

- Great location to airport and interstate.
- Construction.
“Hotel was great, I have stayed there before, however, current remodeling construction was going on. Hotel front desk employee was not familiar with layout of hotel, I asked for a room overlooking the airport and he gave me one in the back overlooking a parking lot.”

- Remodeling underway.
“Quiet -which is unexpected at an airport hotel? Very comfortable and an excellent values. If you stay there one night, you can leave your car in their parking lot for $5.50 a day during your trip.”

- The room was very nice- especially for the price we paid.
“The Hilton St. Louis Airport was very nice. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. It met my expectations of a Hilton. It is under some construction right now, so it was quite a hike to the room. Also, you will have to pay $10 per day for parking (which I didn't appreciate). I would definitely stay there again.”

- Very close to the airport with scheduled pick up and drop off service.
- Ongoing work, upgrades but that's ok!
