• I loved the size of the room and the room set up, with the beds being located in a separate area.
• The front desk clerk told my guest that I was not registered at their hotel and some of my guest left without visiting my daughter.

“The hotel was clean, quite and I really enjoyed the bar (manager's special).”

• Very nice staff. Large room.
• Non-smoking room smelled a little smoky and had an ashtray.

• The location is near the airport and we liked the convenience of the restaurant.
• The nonsmoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was mold in the tile around the tub.

• On site dining.
• Bathroom cleanliness not up to my standards.

“The atmosphere was chaotic with children running through the halls, yelling, and banging on doors; the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. There was hair in the shower, chipped fixtures, and mildew. The air conditioner vents were caked with black dust and there were ants crawling on the end table.”

• Suites/ complementary cocktail hour 5-7/cook to order breakfast.
• Only one entrance on busy highway very poorly marked/one way in and out only.

“We passed the location of hotel then had to circle on a busy highway twice to finally get in. Every guest checking in had the same problem. Room was fine some minor things like burned out light bulbs, broken towel rack, low battery chirping smoke alarm all night. We woke up to gardeners trimming hedges with loud equipment outside out window at 7am.front desk staff was friendly .We stay at Embassy Suites often because we really like them .This one was below par for them.”

• The suites allow you privacy with children.
• The pool area and lobby/lounge was extremely hot. Could not get a non-smoking room.

“The hotel itself was nice. The night we were there it was booked so it was crowded everywhere in the hotel including a wedding reception.”

• The room thermostat was in excellent operating order.
• Strange, the door was open when we arrived at the room i.e. not locked.

“Modern contemporary property. Somewhat difficult to get to from the highway. Better signage would eliminate some frustration. Spacious room and well insulated. I would stay there again.”

• Van service was not available for our early departure so taxi cab was offered at no charge!
• Nothing.

• They had complimentary drinks from 5pm-7pm.
• The lobby was freezing cold, had to wear our jackets. The whole time we were drinking and a water line broke, so the lobby was 5 inches deep in water in the morning.
