• Directions to local dining/shopping provided upon request.
• We were not allowed to upgrade to a suite, even if one was available.

“This hotel was extremely clean and quiet. My four year old son was especially excited about being able to swim morning and evening, rain or shine! The staff was friendly and helpful and provided us with driving directions to nearby restaurants and shopping. Internet access was available in the lobby for all guests. Our room was cleaned every day and the maid even arranged my son's stuffed animals in a different way each morning (another hit with my son)! I will definitely stay in the same area (and possibly in the same hotel) the next time we go to St. Louis.”

• The manager, Brandon, was very polite and helpful.

“It is a good, clean place in a location that is convenient to dining, shopping, and casinos. It is not close enough to the airport to have noise problems. There is a nice Courtyard with a Gazebo that is a great location for morning coffee. Breakfast is available on site for an extra charge. This was a good value for the money.”

“When we got to the hotel there was extra pillows and towels in the room. We did not request them at this stay but we have stayed at this hotel before. The only way that they would have done that is if they researched if we had been their before. Very impressive.”

“The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The pool and Hot tub were very nice as well. The beds were very comfortable. The one downside was that the breakfast at the hotel was slightly expensive, over $10/person.”

• Limited selection of restaurants nearby.

• I loved the courtyard and the room was very nice.
• The location was a little confusing. It was in an industrial park area, which I thought was strange.

“The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Everything felt very secure. Our experience was nothing but positive.”

• The customer service at this hotel was great; they went out of their way to help us in any way.
• I was not at close to the airport as we expected. It was about 5 miles from the Airport.

• The pillows were very soft. Nice, large room.
• Elevator license out of date. Breakfast bar way too expensive.

“The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was large with a king size bed and a couch-also a balcony. There were free cookies on Thursday night and free coffee/tea every night. The breakfast bar was way too expensive.”

• It is clean and comfortable at an affordable rate.
• The hotel doors didn't close right you had to slam them.

“This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we like it a lot. The only issues this time were that the bathroom door did not close latch properly and needed to open and close a few times before it would latch. We stay in a king room which is great. The bed is huge. The bed is very comfortable which allows for a great night sleep.”

“This motel is in a great location, for those wanting to visit either of the local casinos, within 5 10 minutes of each. Staff was very helpful! Motel was very clean and well worth the reasonable price paid.”

“The hotel was on point just right for my family. But door men or bell men were very mean and nasty if you did not want them to carry your bags or park your car. That was the only downside of our trip.”

• Had to wind around street for awhile to find it.

“Staff and general manager were very attentive and outgoing to help us check in. Noted other amenities that property had. Apologized in advance for any inconveniences we may encounter as they upgrade their systems (phone, TV, entrance, etc.) Checkout was fine. No continental breakfast. Offered, only expensive buffet. Otherwise, excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone.”

• Unsupervised children in the pool.

• Marriot was offering free breakfasts for all during August.

“Hotel location worked out great since the company I was visiting for a meeting was close by. Its approx 25 minutes drive from St. Louis Arch. So if you are planning to visit downtown or museums this hotel may not serve your purpose.”

• The staffs were extremely nice, the rooms and public areas clean and comfortable!
• The only drawback is that the airport shuttle does not run 27-7 but when operating is fast and efficient!

“We fly out of St Louis a couple of times a year for fun. This is a great hotel to get to. It was a little hard to find the first time or two but signs have been added and it is much easier now. The staff is very accommodating and extremely nice!”

• The proximity to shopping and entertainment.
• Variety of food for buffet breakfast.

“The hotel was one of the quietest hotels I have ever been in. I was most impressed with the staff and the comfort of the room. The pool and hot tub were nice. Security was not an issue. I wish they had more variety in their $9.99 buffet (omelets or biscuits and gravy would have been nice) but that may be nit picky. Excellent experience.”

“Hotel condition was excellent. Very clean, courteous staff, good breakfast buffet. Only two minor concerns: 1) Room walls were thin. I could hear my upstairs neighbor getting dressed at 6:30 in the morning everyday. 2) Balconies are available in some standard rooms, but I was never offered one and didn't know to ask until the last night of my stay.”

• Way outside of St. Louis, but close enough to train to get downtown.
• More or less in the middle of nowhere.

“This hotel is newly built, so everything is in good shape. It's basically a business/airport hotel, so there's not much fluff and frills. On the other hand, the staff was very polite, helpful, and had a genuinely good attitude and sense of humor. They provide shuttle service to the Metro Link to downtown St. Louis, and they have easily the best hotel breakfast I've ever had (two kinds of sausage, fruit, seasoned potatoes, eggs, juice, etc.)”
