• Liked the bed and the softness of the mattress.
• There was no shuttle service to the area casinos.

“The hotel was very clean, neat and accommodating to me and my partner. Once inside of the room you cannot hear outside noise, our rm was very quiet.”

• Accessibility.

“Priceline has booked us twice at this hotel. If one is not familiar with the area or does not have a GPS system, this facility can be difficult to find, especially after dark. The breakfast buffet has seemed to go down in quality between our two utilizations; October 2007 and August 2009. Although a supposedly total non-smoking facility, our room had a tell-tale odor of smoke. It is a bit of a stretch to rate this a 2 star facility, this would be the maximum rating we would give this facility.”

• Ice machines in hallway made a lot of noise all night long.

“Stayed 4 days for a company meeting held on site. Good meeting room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Helpful in finding restaurants in the area. I was provided with an extensive list with directions included.”

“While breakfast was very good, I felt it was a little expensive at $11 per person. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time so I could budget for that. There were no restaurants nearby for another choice.”

• Always very clean and friendly hotel. Loved the sink separate from toilet/shower area.
• Price for breakfast. That is why we did not eat it.

“Rooms are roomy, clean and very comfortable. Staff is friendly. Good hotel for any type of traveler. Pool area is large enough that you don't feel crowded.”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night to catch an early flight the next morning. There are Drury Inns that have more to offer than this hotel did. However,
it served the purpose.”

• It was clean.
• Painting a doorway across from my room caused me to loose my voice.

“Nice staff, clean breakfast area. I lost my voice for most of 2 days from fumes of the paint being used outside my door. I thought I would have been given part of my money back. I could not continue business because of my laryngitis.”

• The soap.
• Total lack of a lost and found.

“I left a battery and charger in the room and then I called a couple of hours after checkout and explained the situation. It was not in lost and found nor did a cleaning staff admit to seeing it. I expect honesty. I didn't ask for it to be mailed, I explained I would return for it. This is very poor service for a hotel with a Marriott Logo.”

• Easy access from I-70.

“This hotel was not only very clean, but had the most comfortable bed I have slept on, in any hotel. Great staff and a super breakfast buffet, as well. I would certainly stay there again when in the St. Louis area.”

• Easy going place.
• Out of the way--slightly confusing to get back to main road.

“The hotel was nice and for the most part everything was good. Our trashcan was not emptied when we got there and there was a dirty towel, like had visible dirty things on it lying on the sink. The beds were made and all that but there were just those little things that were kind of unkept.”

• The beds are super comfy, high quality linens, quiet, clean.
• No free breakfast (nothing really it was very nice).

“When you need a good nights sleep it is hard to beet a Marriott. The beds are extra plush with 400 count linens, lots of extra pillows, nice carpeting, pretty decor, useful furniture, WiFi, coffee maker, etc. I have always found them to be the cleanest of all the hotel chains too.”

• Looked nice.
• Room was noisy overlooking the expressway.

“Shuttle took 20 minutes to pick us up at the airport and did not run when we needed to return the next day. With the current security requiring 2 hours arrival before flight a 6 am start of the shuttle does not work for everyone. In cases when the shuttle does not run other hotels have paid for our taxis. It cost us $18. I could have had a quiet room close to the airport if I purchased on my own.”

• Everything was thought of, even laundry soap. The hotel was clean, modern, quiet, and the staff were professionals who made my stay pleasant.
• Some of the furniture in the room was pretty dinged up/scratched up. I would recommend they replace those pieces.

“Over-all, the experience was wonderful. I usually stay at Hampton Inns, but will switch to Marriott from now on. Great Job Marriot!”

• We were not allowed to upgrade to a suite, even if one was available.

“This hotel was extremely clean and quiet. My four year old son was especially excited about being able to swim morning and evening, rain or shine! The staff was friendly and helpful and provided us with driving directions to nearby restaurants and shopping. Internet access was available in the lobby for all guests. Our room was cleaned every day and the maid even arranged my son's stuffed animals in a different way each morning (another hit with my son)! I will definitely stay in the same area (and possibly in the same hotel) the next time we go to St. Louis.”

• The manager, Brandon, was very polite and helpful.

“It is a good, clean place in a location that is convenient to dining, shopping, and casinos. It is not close enough to the airport to have noise problems. There is a nice Courtyard with a Gazebo that is a great location for morning coffee. Breakfast is available on site for an extra charge. This was a good value for the money.”

“When we got to the hotel there was extra pillows and towels in the room. We did not request them at this stay but we have stayed at this hotel before. The only way that they would have done that is if they researched if we had been their before. Very impressive.”

• The location was a little confusing. It was in an industrial park area, which I thought was strange.

• The customer service at this hotel was great; they went out of their way to help us in any way.
• I was not at close to the airport as we expected. It was about 5 miles from the Airport.
