• It was very quite and the linen were great.
• Had some black thick dust from the air and heater on the wall, they needed to clean that.

• The surrounding area of the hotel was very nice.
• Very few papers.

“The hotels connecting room doors automatically shut and caught our young son on one occassion. The indoor pool is average, but the outdoor pool has quite a view. There is a walking trail that borders a small pond and it was very beautiful.”

• We loved the beautiful landscaping and the flat screen TV.
• The room temperature was difficult to adjust, we just couldn't get it cool enough.

“Great place to stay. The grounds, common areas and pool were very well kept. The room was clean, nicely decorated with a 32" flat screen TV. They also gave us a choice of one king bed or two queens, we have never been given this choice before. We would highly recommend this hotel, we'll stay there again.”

• It looked phenomenal and the room was very comfortable.
• They had very few TV channels, and no free WI-FI. I expected more for both.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, but we go to hotels mainly to hang out in the room and watch TV. They had so few TV channels that we were very disappointed. The absence of free WIFI was also a big let down. We didn't enjoy our stay near as much as we had hoped from a 3 star hotel.”

• Zero complaints, all was great!

• The new lobby update is spectacular.
• The swimming pool was not heated.

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was modern with its recent update. The swimming pool is usually heated, but was not on this trip. The work out room had all new equipment with televisions on each peice. The lower level needs a serious overhaul to keep pace with the lobbys new look.”

• Location, staff and water pressure were great.
• Lobby and common areas under construction. Sink and bathroom were separate. TV was not clear.

“Overall, the hotel was fine. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the hallways were quiet on Sunday morning (which is important!). I always like the water pressure in St. Louis, so I was glad to be back in town. It would have been nice to know that the lobby was under construction, although it may not have changed my mind about choosing the hotel. We thought the TV could have had a clearer picture since it was such a fancy flat screen. The bathroom should have been self-contained rather than separate as my boyfriend likes to see himself in the shower and there was no mirror in the bathroom. Lastly, some may like it, but we felt that the bed was too large. It was a huge square, and too short for a man of 6'1".”

• Great service, great food, great fitness center.
• It's a little isolated.

“There really isn't anything negative that I can say about this Hotel. Great service great rooms good parking area. I ordered breakfast room service it came on time and got more than I expected. Great for the Business traveler the location isn't the best as far as leisure activities are concerned however you do have chesterfield mall about 6 miles west and Westport Plaza about 6 miles east of the hotel for entertainment.”

• Hotel was clean.
• Beds are small no free wifi had to pay to use internet.

“This hotel was ok, not really what I expected. The beds were small; the room to me was also small, no free Wi-Fi, charged you by the minute to use, so I did not use it. Hotel was safe and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel is nice, secluded, great value.
• A little bit hard to find and to get to off the interstate.

• The beds were very comfortable. I had the indoor pool and hot tub all to myself for an hour on Friday evening without a hoard of children.
  
• I did not think it is fair to have to pay $10 per day for internet when you can get it for free at much cheaper locations.

• The beds were the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel frequently.
• Parking not real convenient.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and appealing, we would stay there again as it was located in the middle area of St. Louis with restaurants and shopping and sightseeing within 20 minutes of St. Louis.”

• The beds are WONDERFUL; a true sleeping experience.
• Getting to it from the airport is easy, but finding it back, especially from Boone's Crossing is NOT!!!

“We stayed two nights and really did not use hardly any of the facilities as we were busy sightseeing, but just experiencing the wonderful comfort of the beds, was enough to make us come back. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We had four young Australian girls with us and they told us, the experience was "just grouse" ...translated AWESOME.”

• The bed was amazing!
• Did not know when checkout was, charged me $25 for late checkout.

“Very luxurious bedroom for a 3 star, average bathroom. Staff very curtious, but not very informative (ie did not tell me when checkout was, charged me a $25 late checkout fee). My cable went out in the middle of the evening, they were not able to take care of it until the next day. The bed was fantastic!”

• The indoor pool and exercise room were awesome.
• Parking in the hotel at night was frustrating because of non-guests attending other events that were going on in the hotel.
