• Only one negative -- everything else excellent!
• Put us (with infant) next to party & security call didn't rectify problem.

“The Sunday bell boy was less than helpful and even sarcastic with remarks. I wanted to borrow a cart for my boxes to remove from my room and he said "are your serious". I said they let me on Saturday. The desk clerk claimed they only had the one cart. After I pressed further, they miraculously "found" one in the back. Also, the parking was in an unsecure parking garage. I was uncomfortable with that, so I finally found a spot closer.”

• Wonderful fitness center and great showers
• No non-hotel restaurants or facilities nearby

“The room was very clean and even had extra pillows if I had needed them (I didn't). Showers had great water pressure and very comfortable. Fitness center was well equipped and taken care of. Checkout via the TV was quick and painless. Thanks for a great stay.”

• Superior Hotel at an Amazing Price!
• Not the greatest view from the hotel room window.

“From the minute I walked into the lobby, I felt welcomed by the staff that greeted me. The staff were very accommodating to all of my requests and more than willing to assist me in any way they could. The room was clean and well taken care of. Check out was quick and simple. Believe me when I say this hotel is remarkable. I don't pass out compliment like that often.”

• There are beautiful wooded walking trails.
• They did not clean my room one of the days we were there. I also hurt myself on a broken chair in the restaurant.

• Nothing spectacular, just an overall great hotel. Free parking is excellent!!
• Movies in the rooms were extremely overpriced. I would have watched one if they were cheaper.

• Very nice room - clean, comfortable and well maintained
• Location is hard to find. Hotel staff knocked on the door at 8:00 AM to ask when we would be checking out.

• The hotel was newly renovated and the room was very comfortable

“The staff members were neat and professional. We arrived at the hotel a little after 11pm and needed a crib. I requested the crib at check in, and the housekeeper had already set up the crib by the time we got to the room. The rooms were newly renovated, and the beds were so comfortable. The down comforters and pillows are a really nice touch. Our stay was very pleasant.”

“All the ice machines were either broken or out of ice. The elevators were very very slow. I don't believe I would return to this hotel. The staff was not very friendly when I asked why we did not receive two double beds in our room.”

• Very nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, very quiet
• Parking is very limited. Parking garage is available but not security patrolled.

“This hotel has a nice west county location. It is nicely decorated with clean, quiet guest rooms. The only disadvantage is a shortage of parking in secure, security-patrolled areas.”

• This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was a superior hotel and the staff was exceptionally accomodating.
• I realize the rooms had coffee makers, but it would have been nice for the lobby to offer complimentary coffee, tea, or just hot water.

“Excellent accomodations..superior quality. Magnificent lodging for the price that was accepted! We were thrilled to spend the night there. The pool and hot tub area were great for my little girl. She was overjoyed!”

“The Marriott West in St.Louis was a beautiful hotel with all of the amenities that you would expect of this type hotel. The outdoor pool area was particularly beautiful and peaceful. There was a river/creek behind the hotel with a walking trail that was very nice. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have every sleep in with a pillow top mattress and a light down blanket. Very Nice.”
