• Not a great selection of food in the area.

• The beds were the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel frequently.
• Parking not real convenient.

“Very happy with this hotel, its staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a great view overlooking the pool and pond. The room was very clean, comfortable, and appealing, we would stay there again as it was located in the middle area of St. Louis with restaurants and shopping and sightseeing within 20 minutes of St. Louis.”

• The beds are WONDERFUL; a true sleeping experience.
• Getting to it from the airport is easy, but finding it back, especially from Boone's Crossing is NOT!!!

“We stayed two nights and really did not use hardly any of the facilities as we were busy sightseeing, but just experiencing the wonderful comfort of the beds, was enough to make us come back. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We had four young Australian girls with us and they told us, the experience was "just grouse" ...translated AWESOME.”

• The bed was amazing!
• Did not know when checkout was, charged me $25 for late checkout.

“Very luxurious bedroom for a 3 star, average bathroom. Staff very curtious, but not very informative (ie did not tell me when checkout was, charged me a $25 late checkout fee). My cable went out in the middle of the evening, they were not able to take care of it until the next day. The bed was fantastic!”

• This hotel was beyond what I expected. It was the best service and the nicest hotel I ever stayed in. The beds were awesome.

• The indoor pool and exercise room were awesome.
• Parking in the hotel at night was frustrating because of non-guests attending other events that were going on in the hotel.

“Was great. Called the hotel prior to arriving and they gave us a non-smoking room with double beds. Very helpful concierge and staff. Beautiful views of the stream behind the hotel. Definitely would stay there again.”

• Location is in a business area, no restaurants near by

“Pools are great indoor and outdoor. No poolside service though. The Food and Beverage manager is great and handed out popsicles and free juice boxes to everyone he was great.”

• The king-sized bed was wonderful with lots of fluffy pillows!
• Nothing! It was great!

“Excellent location, quick check-in, friendly staff, nice room with great king size bed, vanity sink was separate from shower and water toilet, room was fairly quite but did heard noise from neighbor's bathroom, close-in parking garage with free parking, location of the hotel is convenient to many locations in St. Louis. Overall, this is an excellent 3-star hotel.”

• The Staff was great. The room was a bit small
• the tub didn't drain well, the tap water was warm, and the chain attached to the toilet handle came loose

• Large party/reception of non hotel guests used up 80% of parking lot when returned for the evening

• difficult to find off I-64 because of one way roads

“This was an excellent hotel. It was large and very busy, yet the staff were patient and helpful. Our room was clean and attractively decorated. I was sorry not to stay longer to take advantage of the pool, exercise room, and other amenities.”

“The Sunday bell boy was less than helpful and even sarcastic with remarks. I wanted to borrow a cart for my boxes to remove from my room and he said "are your serious". I said they let me on Saturday. The desk clerk claimed they only had the one cart. After I pressed further, they miraculously "found" one in the back. Also, the parking was in an unsecure parking garage. I was uncomfortable with that, so I finally found a spot closer.”

• Wonderful fitness center and great showers
• No non-hotel restaurants or facilities nearby

“The room was very clean and even had extra pillows if I had needed them (I didn't). Showers had great water pressure and very comfortable. Fitness center was well equipped and taken care of. Checkout via the TV was quick and painless. Thanks for a great stay.”

• Superior Hotel at an Amazing Price!
• Not the greatest view from the hotel room window.

“From the minute I walked into the lobby, I felt welcomed by the staff that greeted me. The staff were very accommodating to all of my requests and more than willing to assist me in any way they could. The room was clean and well taken care of. Check out was quick and simple. Believe me when I say this hotel is remarkable. I don't pass out compliment like that often.”

• There are beautiful wooded walking trails.
• They did not clean my room one of the days we were there. I also hurt myself on a broken chair in the restaurant.

• The hotel was newly renovated and the room was very comfortable

“The staff members were neat and professional. We arrived at the hotel a little after 11pm and needed a crib. I requested the crib at check in, and the housekeeper had already set up the crib by the time we got to the room. The rooms were newly renovated, and the beds were so comfortable. The down comforters and pillows are a really nice touch. Our stay was very pleasant.”

• Very nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, very quiet
• Parking is very limited. Parking garage is available but not security patrolled.
