• Very friendly staff; nice continental breakfast.
• Bed was stiff and uncomfortable; room temperature was somewhat difficult to set to a comfortable temperature.

“Although the room wasn't quite so comfortable, it was still a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the nice continental breakfast. For the price, it was a nice deal.”

• The service was great!
• Chlorine smelled throughout the building from the swimming pool. It was very strong and permeated the rooms.

“1. The hotel room was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. There were dust webs in the corner of the room. 2. The chlorine smell from the swimming pool was horrible and once you opened and closed your hotel room door infiltrated into the room. 3. Although I was very happy with the service from the staff, I will not stay here again. The price was moderate, the rooms old and not clean and I can not tolerate chlorine 24x7.”

• Was stuck with one smoking room.

“The overall experience was excellent but was disappointed that one of our two rooms was a smoking room. I had called ahead and made a special request but as the hotel was completely booked, I guess it was not possible. The staff was apologetic, but it would have made it a much more pleasurable experience with a non-smoking room. Also, they ran out of some breakfast items.”

• We were met at the desk by JD the manager. He was very friendly and congenial. Our room wasn't quite ready, and the maid was very apologetic.
• Not many "extras" in the room (lotion, face wash, etc.).

“We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and the casino! The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• No place to put personal items in bathroom, big negative.

“Just stayed one night in handicap room which only had queen bed for two. Need separate beds for handicapped person and spouse. Shower in tub inaccessible for most handicapped.”

• My non smoking room smelled stinky.

• It was in a great location and it was very quiet. I would hope I would stay there again in a minute
• Not enough food out in the morning for breakfast bar. The worst thing was the coffee port system , you do one cup at a time.

• Even though they were remodeling, staff was very friendly had a remodeling theme that made remodeling fun vs. hindrance.

• The young man at the front desk was very helpful, gave us directions to a great restaurant.
• This facility was under remodeling construction, making it a little under disarray, but not a huge inconveniance.

• The Fairfield in St. Charles/St. Louis was perfect.

“This hotel is beautifully clean and furnished. The pool area was immaculate, gorgeous and inviting. The pool was a very comfortable temperature. Our stay was extremely pleasant and I only wish our itinerary had allowed us to stay longer.”

“the hotel was under renovations so the lobby area was filthy with white powder and the workers were very apologetic about this. They had all the hotel doors wide open during the daytime so anyone was welcome in the back doors.”
