- Loved that hotel allowed us to leave auto parked there free for 10 days and shuttled to airport both ways!
- The restaurant was closed /over all room size a little tight/furnishings nice.

- Loved the size of the pool area. It also had two pools.
- Restaurant was under staffed, so it took a long time to get waited on and get your food. Pools were cold.
“The room we had with one king size bed was very small. Probably ok for a business traveler, but not for a family of four. The hot tub was out of order the night we arrived, and both pools were so cold our kids didn't want to swim. The second night, the lap pool was very warm. The hot tub was working the second night, but filled with kids the whole night, so we couldn't enjoy it. The area around the main pool was huge. Our kids loved being able to run and play while not disturbing the other guests.”

- The staff was promptly attentive and responsive to concerns.
- The room was on the small side and the public areas were old and showed signs of wear.
“The hotel had a lot of space for many groups to be there together. The restaurant was closed due to fie damage so we didn't get to use that. The room we had seems to be recently remodeled and was small but attractive.”

- The pools and indoor miniature golf.
- The staff (very unfriendly), the restaurant (barely passable), and the 9 a.m. housekeeping knock at the door.
“From my check-in things went wrong. I had called to request that my reservation be changed from a King to two doubles. I was told this could easily be done and was taken care of. Upon arrival, I was met with a hostile employee who demanded to know who I spoke with because this apparently "couldn't" be done. After telling her that she needed to make it right irregardless of who I spoke with, she reluctantly did change my accommodation in less than five seconds. Amazing. Anyway, the rest of my stay was more of the same. The 9 a.m. knock for housekeeping was highly annoying, the restaurant was over priced- under staffed- and completely unappealing, and the outer doors to where our room was at didn't even properly lock. I would stay there again only if hard pressed to find more a more convenient location.”

- Very clean and big.
- Very bad location. It was extremely difficult to find, even with instructions.
“We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice the rooms were. There is no continental breakfast so that was a bummer but the indoor pools were nice and the rooms were very accommodating.”

- Great for kids.
- Allows smoking in pool area. Needs a remodel.
“This place was top of its class back in the 70's imp sure. It is in a desperate need of a makeover. The rooms seem to have been redone recently and are not too bad. Do not get the rooms facing the pool area if you want to sleep. You can hear everything thru the glass. Also the common areas of the hotel tend to smell like stale cigarettes. ) smoking is allowed inside the pool and reek area). ”

- The miniature golf, pool, and breakfast were highlights for my family.
- It is starting to look a bit "dated."
“I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. The free breakfast is a true "hot" buffet breakfast. Miniature golf is free, if the putters aren't all checked out. There are two pools to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

- Very clean and nice atmosphere.
- Breakfast buffet only open from 7-9:00 am; open longer!
“The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The only problem that arise was the bathtub handle was loose and we had to tighten the screw to adjust the water, no big deal really though. I think the buffet should be open longer than 9:00 a.m. for those who like to sleep in later.”

- There are two pools, a miniature golf course and a large game room. They also offer a free breakfast buffet.
- It was a long walk to the front desk. There were no towels at the pool. The guy who checked us out was rude.

- Location was excellent and allowed easy access to major roads.
- Carpet could use better cleaning, tile floor could be swept better.
“Staff was nice, hotel was nice and clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. Carpet in my room could have been cleaned a little better and the bathroom floor could have been swept a little better but everything else was fantastic. Worth the money!”

- Unfriendly staff, inadequate linens, does not appear to be newly renovated (as advertised).
“Not happy/impressed at all. For reasons listed below: Microwave and Mini-Fridge available for use but no place to plug it in, therefore worthless. Drapes almost impossible to open. Mold several locations in the bathroom. Insufficient linens. Old nasty looking thermostat and blower switch dangling on wall. Unfriendly Staff at reception desk.”

- The front of the hotel is great, the pools, game-room, business, the front lobby.
- Air conditioning not good, no elevators for guest only for business rooms, walls in the hallways were coming apart the room smelled like mold.
“I stayed in room 380 please send somebody there they will see the front of the hotel is nice but going to the rooms were bad, walls were coming apart smells like mold. go to room 380 and you will see how bad it is. they did not care they did not try to help us, I have never like a holiday inn because of this. this was a very bad stay, will not happen again for me I am done.”

- They are up-grading it so it will be nicer when they're through.
- The room had cigarette burns on the rug, it was close to the ball room and we could hear the music.

However, the new dome rules will tend to lessen the enjoyment of family experience as they are severely limiting the consumption of food and drinks (soft) into he dome area”

- It was really dirty, sheets and towels were clean. I thought we were in a one star Hotel.
- It was noisy, people partied late into the night and were in the hall ways.

- The hotel lobby staff and the hotel restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating to my requests.
- The construction limited the type of room I could request, but the construction is a temporary inconvenience.

- The hotel staff, front desk, maids were very nice.
- Can smell smoke in non smoking rooms. Also chlorine smell.
“I grew up in that area so I know the Holiday Inn very well. It is a nice hotel and we were very pleased. Only problems were the smell of smoke and chlorine. Also, there were no elevators to our room. It was difficult dragging suitcases up the stairs. Should have elevators. Overall, a good experience, though. thank you.”

- The indoor pool and unique layout.
- The bathroom and air vents could have been a little cleaner.
“This motel was in a convenient location, near to the airport and to restaurants. It is an older Holiday Inn, but was pleasant and would be nice for groups wanting formal or informal meeting areas, as well as interesting nooks and crannies where people could sit and talk. The indoor pool was nice. The cool air vents needed cleaning as they were blowing dust. Stairways cause some problems for handicapped individuals, as there is no elevator. Overall our brief stay was a pleasant one.”

“The hotel had painting & remodeling underway during our brief stay on a Sunday afternoon & evening. The whole wing reeked of lacquer thinner. The work car-ride on until 8pm. It began again at 7am in the morning. We would have moved if we had not been on an extremely tight schedule to attend a family funeral.”

- Right across the street from airport, free parking.
- Not very clean, rooms look very old, horrible parking.
“There were burn marks all over the carpet next to the bed and on the curtains. There were also skid marks in the toilet. I had to park in a field behind the hotel because there was no other place to park.”

- Hollidome with two swimming pools and putt putt for the kids.
- No elevator access to our 2nd floor room, which caused a problem for my wife in a wheelchair.

- Only one bed in each room, when 2 were requested. Moldy wet ceiling tiles in the bathroom.
