• Staff was arguing with another guest when I arrived, and at 1st left the room with out acknowledging me or checking me in.

“The continental breakfast was adequate. The bathtub faucet was leaky, the toilet was clogged, the room in overall disrepair, though the beds were very comfortable.”

• Room smelled like smoke (it was a non-smoking room). Carpets were dirty and stained.
  

“The room and hallways seemed very dated. Also we could not get our room cool overnight even though we had turned the thermostat to the lowest setting. In my friend’s room, some of the lights did not work. I was glad when it was all over.
”

• The room was well kept and clean and the staff was very friendly.
• The wallpaper under the curtain needed repair, but maintenance was called to take care of it promptly.

“The Comfort Inn Moline was a great hotel for the price. My husband and I felt very comfortable in the room and the pool area, although small, was well kept and clean. This was a surprise pleasant stay.”

• Need more signs off highway directing you to hotel.

• Free internet in lobby. Good free breakfast.
• Bathroom door did not open all the way because of the shower curtain.

• Perfect location at the best price.
• Looks old from the outside.

• They still provide smoking rooms; the room was by an exit door I liked that.
• Check out should be noon, people were knocking on our door at 10:50 and calling 10:55 to see if we were leaving.

“Give your clients time to check out. It was the house keepers. I would think if I have not turned in my room key to the front desk they should know and so should house keeping. Other wise the hotel was great, the front desk person was very nice.”

• The room was ready and clean.
• Unbelievable noisy all day and night long.

“The staff was overly friendly. This worked as a disadvantage to most of the travelers. They had a birthday party kids screamed, ran the halls and destroyed the breakfast room in the morning. Staff said sorry but we are having a birthday party. Over 15 young, under 12 kids with almost no adult supervision. At 3:00am woman on cell phone outside room door cussing and caring on for almost 2 hours, no help from staff. P.s. She was a visitor not even staying at the hotel. Terrible experience not recommended for the leisure or business traveler.”

• Didn't like it. No heat, electricity, no lights. The power went out during an ice storm.

“There was an ice storm in Moline and I asked the motel for other arrangement and was declined. They said they would supply blankets but the room was already freezing. No lights, no television no hot water. The hotel people said it was a major power outage and that they didn't expect the lights to come back on for a few days. ”
