• Very nice and very clean.
• The hotel staff kept my credit card on file in their computer and used it after I left.

“My teenage son & I stayed in this hotel while in town on business. It was very nice, the pool was clean, the hotel and restaurant was very nice. However, I discovered more than 24 hours after I left their establishment that they keep your credit card on file and were adding charges to it. It took me 3 days to get them to fix it and I still don't know for sure that they took my credit card off file.”

• A good solid hotel with everything we needed.
• The toilet backed up easy, never have had this problem before, but was fixed promptly.

“We enjoyed our stay, all of the staff was friendly and the restaurant had a fine breakfast buffet. There was no breakfast included, it is extra.”

• The breakfast buffet was nice. The one and only server seemed to sincerely love his job.
• We were looking for something a little closer to the interstate.

“Overall nice hotel. Friendly morning buffet staff. Bath and body shampoo, conditioner and lotion is provided. We would stay here again someday.”

• It was clean.
• Nothing really special about it. Just a regular hotel.

“The hotel is ok. Very clean, good for a one night. The food at the restaurant was average, there was nothing really special about the place. Our lotion in our room had been recycled. I don't want to use recycled lotion. Not that I mean to complain, it was relaxing to be there, but the staff was the star by far.”

• It's a Marriott. They are always nice.
• Birthday party in room next door.

“The room next to ours was having a birthday party for a 7 year old with quite a few children attending. Unfortunately, this was very annoying. The children yelled, argued, banged on the wall, opened and shut the door and banged on balloons till 3:30 am and then started again at 8:00 AM. We called the front desk 4 times asking them to do something. They did ask them to quiet down, but they quickly forgot. I really think the parents left the kids in the room by themselves as we did not hear an adult over there until about 8:30 am as they were leaving. After traveling for a month in a car and driving 10 to 12 hours a day, a good night sleep is all you want. Unfortunately, we did not get more than about 4. I think the staff could have handled this better.”

• The location was excellent.
• The hotel allowed workers to drill in the bathroom of the room next to ours at 9:15 am.

“Overall, the hotel was fine. It was inconvenient when we could not carry on a conversation in our room because of the loud drilling going on next door.”

• I was unsure if it was a continental breakfast or not, but I believe you had to pay for it because it did not say complimentary anywhere.

“Close to interstate, easy to find and very pleasant. We checked in very late and in a blizzard to boot, the small convenience food area in the lobby was a very nice .”

• The staff was terrific, the location was perfect and we had a wonderful stay!
• Breakfast was not free.

“Staff is terrific, helpful and friendly! We were given free complimentary breakfast coupons when our door keys did not work. The room was great! We had a microwave and refrigerator, which was very helpful, given our children were with us and we are on a budget! We would definitely stay again!”

• The hotel room was nice and clean and it had unique/modern, high quality decorations and amenities.
• The pillows lack support, but the bed was comfortable.

“Overall, we had a great experience and were glad to find the hotel had a nice pool and hot tub. The hotel is very clean and the lobby is welcoming. We were a little disappointed with the cost of a breakfast that was less than a quality continental breakfast. Due to that we didn't eat there, so we can't comment on the food.”

• Did not appear to be well trained on blocking rooms. Housekeeping did not work at all with guests or front desk. Too long for words.

• No problems whatsoever. Love the beds in this chain of hotel.
• We were completely satisfied with hotel. No problems.

“We were in town for a wedding and are here quite often as we used to live here and have lots of family. We always prefer a Marriott hotel as the beds are extremely comfortable for my husband. Wish I knew the mattress manufacturer. This was an extremely satisfying stay in every way. Loved it!”

“I would absolutely stay here again. Both the evening and morning front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Everything was clean. The beds were super comfortable. And I was very impressed that the Jacuzzi and pool were open until 1:00am; excellent for traveling adults who get in late and want to relax before bed. Getting to the hotel is a little awkward because you can see it from the exit ramp, but it's in around Jumpers on a back windy road. But once I got to it, there was ample parking and convenient side entrances after I checked in and had my key card.”

“It was a good location, and the room and bathrooms were clean. I would stay there again. However, when I called the hotel to request a king bed instead of double beds after booking the room, the hotel staff told me that that was not something they could do. They didn't respond in a helpful manner.”

• Nice rooms lobby and pool -- loved the "adult swim" from 11 pm to 1 am!
• A little hard to find.

• The staff and facility were excellent.

“I am extremely pleased with this The Courtyard Marriot. I will defiantly use this again and tell everyone. I am a diabetic and while staying hit a low and needed assistance. I was tended to with smiles and understanding and not looked on as an inconvenience. That was the high point of the whole trip.”

• We asked for a crib, and we told them there was no hurry but, they had it there in 5 minutes. Quick Response.
• You can see the hotel sign from the interstate, but when you get off the exit it is hard to find. It was not marked where you should turn.

“Overall, it was a nice enough hotel. Not sure if it should of been a 3 star. The info I had read said it was newly renovated, so I was surprised to find the furniture showed quite a bit of wear. The bed was comfy though, and the people were nice. Breakfast is not free, think it was 7.95 so, we ate somewhere else. I did feel safe and slept pretty well. But, I would like to see some updated furniture for a 3 star.”
