• The free breakfast was great.
• Needed extra ledge or table in room and bathroom to place belongings.

“Nice, clean hotel. No dining room, but B. Donovan's was within a very short walking distance and had very good food at a good price. Free breakfast had a good selection of different foods.”

• Cramped room, poor lighting, fridge did not get very cool, although the engineer did have a look at it, I appreciated him trying.

“If I had a choice in the future it would not be this particular hotel. The sheets were questionable whether or not they had actually been changed when I arrived. Everybody was very friendly though, I would of liked to have been able to walk from the living room area to the bathroom without knocking into the TV stand by my bed on the way.”

• Too many kids; hockey event.

“The lobby was clean and inviting, the room was well appointed with kitchen, desk, free internet, loveseat, and nice bedding. There was a hockey event that weekend and the breakfast room was too crowded so we went somewhere else for breakfast.”

• The rooms were huge and the staff went above and beyond to make it a good stay! Great breakfast!
• The exchange off of the highway to get to the hotel was inconvenient and difficult.

• Appreciated the color and decor of the room, unusual and pleasant!
• The front desk, depending on the individual, not always friendly.

“My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. The room was very nice, no negative surprises. The king size mattress was extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was varied and generous. My only problem was a reaction to the smell of the furniture in the room, the new chair and sofa almost like being in a fabric store and, for want of a better word, "fumes". (Admittedly, I have allergies and it didn't bother my husband.) It would not keep us from a return visit.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay and enjoyed talking to the staff; they were very kind in all our requests. The hotel was clean and quiet. Except for a group of teenagers with a hockey team from Illinois who were noisy and disruptive. I call the front desk and they immediately took care of it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.”

• When I asked them to change the bed type to 2 doubles, she was happy to do so.
• Unfamiliar with the area, it's on a circle street and somewhat difficult to reach.

“Staff was very friendly, and accommodating of our needs. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and sleep was quiet. It was a great experience. Thanks.”

• Convenient to highways and shopping if needed staff was helpful and friendly offered an excellent breakfast.
• The room did not have a dresser to put away clothing during our stay.

“We were St. Louis for a wedding and this hotel was near my sister and was convenient to all the major highways and to shopping. The room was large enough me, my daughter and granddaughter and offered kitchen conveniences plus an indoor pool which was a hit with the granddaughter.”

• The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
• The only bad thing about it was the Jacuzzi heater appeared to be broken.

“This was the best place we stayed on our trip across country. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything we could have needed (internet, refrigerator, microwave, television, and hairdryer). It was set up perfect with separate area for sleeping and doing work.”

• I like the layout of the room. It allowed for my son to have his own space away from the TV.
• The pack n play provided had a bent bar that could be considered a danger.

“The hotel was prepared for me and worked with me in getting my sister a key. The facilities were all clean and in good condition. The breakfast was super, offering a nice variety of foods.”

• Really good for us as a family with 3 young children.
• Not too many restaurants around.

“This is the best experience we've had. The room was great, the location was great, the staff was great. The rooms were great, the beds were wonderful. Just an over-all great weekend. I would like to have seen an elevator at the other end of the hotel, our room had an amazing view of absolutely nothing and a bar in the hotel would have been a welcomed addition. But those things are minor in comparison to the over all experience.”

“The suites were terrific! We had a "living area/work area that was separate from the sleeping area, which allowed our daughter in law and three week old grandson, to sleep while we relaxed/watched TV. Great deal!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and room for the excellent price. When I arrived, the hotel was packed, about half families and half business travelers. The hotel staff was helpful and the room had a nice sitting area and kitchenette. The TV was located so you could not see it from the bed which was a small negative but we enjoyed the stay.”

• Sitting room connecting to bedroom; roomy; comfortable bed; good breakfast in lobby; has Internet station.

“Conveniently located in Chesterfield close to freeway in quiet neighborhood. Attractive lobby, friendly staff, Internet station in lobby, great buffet breakfast every morning, indoor pool & small outdoor deck area. All ice machines working! Modern room had two queens + TV in the bedroom and an adjacent sitting room with its TV also and a sink, small reefer and desk. Hotel has three floors. AC works well. Got more than I expected. Would go there again.”

“The hotel is certainly very nice and the service was excellent. We used the exercise room twice, and it was great - TV right in front of my treadmill. The breakfasts were delicious and made this hotel a very wonderful place to stay. We like the suite aspect, as well - more room.”

• The free breakfast had a great deal of variety.
• Front desk staff didn't follow through with a request and treated me poorly.

“The hotel room was larger than most, the extra space is great when traveling with children. The fact it had a fridge, sink, and microwave was excellent. The fridge didn't work at first but they sent someone to repair it and it worked the rest of the stay. They brought us a pack and play crib right away. There was a light that was broken off at the base, when we called the maintained man came and fixed it right away. There was one major problem with our stay. My son got sick on the edge of the pool from taking in too much water while swimming. I went to the front desk and the man at the front desk was rude to me and dismissed me like I was bothering him. He told me,¿ don't worry about it, we will take care of it." go don't worry we have it under control." so off I went. We had put two towels over it, to cover it. No one came, the next day we went to go swimming and it was still there. The towels were gone, but the pool deck had not been cleaned. So that not only means they didn't clean it up after we left, they also don't clean the pool deck. They were told of a mess still didn't clean it; it makes me wonder how often they clean the pool area at all. Kind of yuck!”

• Proximity to the conference I was attending.
• That I did not get to enjoy it more since I was a late night arrival.

“I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion. The only thing that was just a small downfall this stay, was the young man at the front desk on my arrival which was late evening was not very friendly, but the young lady in the morning of my check out was very friendly.”

• Gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores all in the vicinity.
• Because you asked an older gentleman came down to breakfast in a knee length night shirt, no bottoms 'n no shoes. It was gross and unappetizing.

“We had a great stay the bed was comfortable, the room clean, Applebee's restaurant was next door. The hotel staff was excellent. I love staying at the Marriott we've stayed at their various hotels and love them all. I recommend them to all my friends we travel to the States twice a year. The area is safe and quiet. A must for business travelers.”

• Could not make the air conditioner run continuously.

• Two televisions with Kitchenette and updated bedding for only $105 dollars a night was terrific.
• The small microwave would not pop light popcorn sufficiently for a snack.
