• Great Staff, very helpful and friendly
• Nothing, GREAT experience

“Great staff, wonderful dinner provided with stay and a Yummy breakfast every morning, Great rooms, well maintained! Would stay every time in St. Louis!”

• They kept me awake from 3:30 am to 5am shoveling snow!

“I thought that this hotel operated by Marriott would have been more accomodating. I had to stay in a one bedroom with a pull out for the second bed. They were also shoveling snow at 3:30am on a Saturday (very little snow) when I was trying to get away on a relaxing vacation. I called and they said there was nothing that could be done. They said the city was cleaning their lot. I doubt if the city would clean a private lot. I was not happy with this hotel.”

“Great hotel for the price as I was upgraded for free! Lots of amenities, too. However, parking was a problem, there weren't enough spaces in the hotel lot at this particular lodging, especially if one arrived later at night. Need better parking! Otherwise, great place.”

“We had a wonderful experience with the Residence Inn by Marriott. Great staff and wonderful hot breakfast waiting for us in the morning. Very accommodating!”
