• Clean rooms, fast elevators, and a friendly service.
• Not worth price. As a leisure traveler, I would have been as happy at a supper 8.

“Its an OK place. Better than OK if your are a business traveler who wants to stay out of the city. I wasn't overly impressed, just needing a room for the night, but I wasn't their target costumer. They were friendly, and hotel had OK amenities. They charge for WiFi, while this is common, it is off-putting. McDonald's doesn't charge me $20. Like I said the place is decent but no more than that for a leisure traveler.”

“The desk clerk was efficient but not very friendly. I asked for two keys, and she gave me one that didn't work. The bed was terrible you sank to the middle and couldn't get out.”

• Our room was super - large, with sofa. We liked the separate vanity from bathroom.
• We were disappointed not to find a proper restaurant the evening we arrived.

• Beautiful lobby, comfortable bed, warm chocolate chip cookies.
• I'd forgotten my toothbrush and was told I could buy one in the gift shop.

“This hotel is very nice. Easy to find and staff accommodating with our late arrival. Room was very quiet, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, bathroom was a bit small. Full size closet next to bed was nice, but could have done without the mirrored doors. Desk, Wi-Fi access, chair and ottoman, Neutrogena products in the bathroom, never a long wait for the elevator. All in all we were extremely pleased with the great deal I got on Priceline.”

• Bathtub needed new finish, it looked very bad.

• Very clean and nice room with excellent amenities.
• Queen bed offered initially for 4 people with no spare bed. Room change was made subsequently.

• The lay o There are a lot of good places to eat near by. ut of the room was very nice and the warm cookies at check in were awesome
• The beds were full size. But we did not specify so that is our fault I guess.

“It was very pretty and clean. Quiet and peaceful place.. We use priceline because I have cancer and have to travel to st Louis for my health care...we usually have tests one day and results and treatment the next day.. We need a place to rest and relax and renew.”

• Great Outdoor Swimming Pool.
• Noise Level a little high.

“This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and and good sized. The sink was outside of the shower area which is a plus when you have more than one person getting ready in the morning. We had no problems with any of the facilities except for the connected health club. We were informed that there would be a $10.00 charge since it was a public facility and not managed by the hotel.”

• Excellent location and very clean nice accommodations.
• No breakfast included and charged for WIFI use per day.

“Hotel was very nice in an excellent location, however was disappointed that there was no breakfast which was always a nice extra when traveling with a family and also the we were charged per day for wireless Internet especially since this hotel seems geared toward the business traveler. Overall hotel was very clean and nice with very accommodating staff. We had requested a non smoking room which we were given, but when we got to the room the odor of cigarettes was very strong and the front desk staff immediately moved us to another non smoking room which was much better. For the price we paid a very nice place to stay!”

• The pool is outdated and should be remodeled, as well as the basketball courts.

• The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
• There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel other than prices on their food menu.

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. I found the staff very helpful if you needed anything. They have tennis courts (inside and out), and a fitness facility which I hope to visit again in the future when we travel to this area again.”

• The entire staff goes over and above. Always friendly and helpful.

“I travel quite a bit and am always pleased when I stay at the Doubletree. Though not as new as some hotels such as the Marriot, The entire staff from the desk, maid service, bar and restraunt, go out of thier way to make sure I feel welcome. Best staff of any hotel I travel too.”

• They have great elevator service, very fast to come and to move.
• The banquet facilities are very poor and the food not much better.

“I used to love this hotel. I stayed there every chance I got and always recommended it but this last stay changed my mind. The plumbing was bad (in several rooms from my understanding) you could hardly get the front desk to answer the phone. Twice I called in from my cell, they answered right away then. Thought tent banquet facile were temporary of few yrs ago when we first came but evidently they are permanent and very much lacking. I will be looking into other hotels in the area now.”

• It was so big with so many accommodations. Tennis, racket ball, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer. We were very pleased!
• Room service was quite expensive. But the service was well attended too and friendly.

• Room was very nice, also clean, & updated. Staff was helpful and kind.
• The walls were not very well sound proofed. You could hear the conversation in the next room clearly. They were not talking terribly loud.

“This is a nice hotel mostly for business travelers but worked well for a family also. Staff was very helpful. Room was very up to date, tastefully decorated and clean.”

“Aesthetically nice, clean, efficient, all but one staff person was friendly, limited on-site evening activity, had a fire alarm false-alarm at 4:00 am, not really any good place at all for dining (breakfast buffet was okay but overpriced).”

• I liked the pool.
• I did not like the closet door broken, no coffee in the lobby, a bug in the bed, having to pay to use the fitness area.

“We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it. This time will probably be our last time. The room had double beds, we found a bug in the bed, the closet door was broken, there was no material to tell us the hotel hours for pool or etc, they did not have cookies. It was not a friendly atmosphere.”

“This hotel did not meet my expectations for a typical Doubletree Hotel. The location is great however, the hotel in general needs to be updated. Furnishings were old and damaged and the rooms were in need of new carpet, paint, etc.”

• Location is good , beds are good, usa today at door.
• Need flat screens,not enough standard tv channels,movie prices are outrageous.

“I generally enjoy my stay at double tree. I usually spend 4-5 days there twice a year. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are, however a couple of things that bug me when I stay there-1.over50% of the times I've gone to check in when I go to get in my room the keys don't work. This means Ive got to schlep my stuff back down to the desk, have them re-do the keys. This past time it happened twice. Very annoying!-2. The TV is totally geared to the guest paying 13 bucks for a movie. You need to offer more channels for standard viewing.”
