• The location is perfect.
• Spiders and a cricket--yuk!

“The room was clean. But the AC/heater unit had spiders hanging out around it. Comfortable bed and hot shower! The hotel also had a breakfast--but I did not partake (everyone else in the hotel did--very crowded). Business center was up-to-date. Staff was friendly.”

• Good location with easy access from highway.
• Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning rooms, elevator and air conditioners.

“It is a good place to stay for overnight. Staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest negative was that it was not the cleanest. They could improve on that area.”

• Location, price.
• Would not accept 1 night (of 2 night) cancellation 10am day of stay.

“My business schedule changed which required me to cancel one of my 2 reserved nights at the hotel. I travel frequently with my business and my schedule changes many times at the last minute. I have NEVER had a hotel not let me cancel a room and still charge me, regardless of their cancellation policy fine print. For the last 4 years I have always looked for Choice Hotels in my travels throughout the southeast, and my stay in Jonesboro at the Comfort Inn will be my last. ”

• Staff, children's programming, location.
• Not the best value, no Jacuzzi, sketchy wireless, dark.

“Close to everything in Jonesboro. Easy freeway access to Memphis, St. Louis, little rock. cable includes children's programming. Fun center within walking distance, movie theater directly across street.”
