It was quiet, clean, convenient. We will stay there again.
No cart for luggage to take to room or out.

“We enjoyed our stay as we did before. Staff was very nice, service very good. We will stay there again.”

Nothing.
Our room was still not available at 8:30 pm.

“This was the worst experience in a hotel ever. Our room wasn't available till 8:45 after repeated attempts to check in. The toilet backed up and the heat put out a bad smell that set off the fire alarm.”
