• I enjoyed its wonderful convenience to everything Vicksburg had to offer.
• The internet did not operate properly.

“The hotel was within five miles from all Vicksburg had to offer. The internet did not work at all while I was there, but it was no big deal. The only other negative was that I received a pen that had been chewed on and it was still being used in my hotel room. My overall experience with the hotel would be a 9.1/10 and I would recommend it to others. If the internet worked properly, an easy 10.”

“It wasn't as shown in it's picture, and the entrance to the place was unmarked. However I enjoyed the stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would stay with them again.”

• Check in was so easy I was amazed.
• The sink area of the bathroom was very small.

• The beds were fantastic, the employees friendly and helpful.
• The toilet was too low.

“I felt safe for myself and my children because all rooms are "up and in". Well-lighted exterior and appropriate signage. We loved it, and we will go back. Highly recommended.”

“This hotel is close to some of the main attractions in town, close to food and shopping. Easy to enter and exit hotel from the road. Clean and professional atmosphere. Would return again and recommend to the average traveler.”

“Staff needed confirmation # to find me and then said I was already checked in. There was a note on door saying first floor was only available to patrons with a reservation and even though I had a reservation we had to go to 2nd floor. He had a rude and unprofessional demeanor.”

• The hotel was very clean and nice. The employees was the best, they always smile and greet you. It is a very friendly hotel. My room was very clean.
• Everyone was very nice. I dont have anything bad about the hotel.

• Everyone one was very nice to deal with.
• I had to have keys remade 3 of the 4days I was there.

“I was in a room for 4 days, it was never vacuumed the entire time I was there, the room was somewhat cleaned, the tub was not touched; the mildew on the ceiling was of Nasty. The beds were great, the lobby was super clean.”

• Clean. Maid service staff was friendly.
• No greeting at check-in, door to room ajar on arrival, electronic key deactivated by 8a.

“Upon arrival greeted and approached clerk and informed her that we had a reservation, the response was simply handing us the door (card) key and muttering the room number (no welcome). Our room door, and a couple of others, was slightly open, an apparent non-secure procedure for rooms having reservations. For breakfast there was a minimal buffet with the ambiance of a vacuum-cleaner running in the lobby and hall. Upon return to our room from breakfast just before 8a our electronic card-key had already been deactivated ' we had not checked out, had to go downstairs to reactivate the card in order to retrieve our luggage. The facility is clean, and a nice motel, it is not elaborate. Maid service staff was friendly.”

• Nothing, I was very pleased.

“Friendly staff. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by the staff. Everyone from the front desk clerk who checked us in and out, to the manager, to the breakfast setup staff, and the housekeeping staff. Smiles, willingness to help. I was very pleased. Easily accessible from the interstate. Close to the casinos, downtown, convention center, restaurants, and area tourist attractions. The bed linens were all much nicer than expected, the duvet and extra pillows are a great touch. In room wired and wireless internet access is great. I was altogether very pleased with my stay.”

• Friendly staff, clean appearance.
• Breakfast was not fresh, took 5 trips to front desk for key to work.

“Hotel appeared clean and with great help. It took 5 trips to the front desk for our key to still not work, and ask to get another room. IT was noisy, next to the freeway, and the breakfast was less than expected.”

“This is my 3rd stay at the Fairfield in Vicksburg. It is a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like privacy and the staff honored that. I would stay again.”

• The beds were the most comfortable ever of any motel.
• Not enough protein choices on breakfast bar. I am gluten intolerant.

“The rooms were clean and the soft beds and comforters were great! Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. My husband is on dialysis and had to do in room and they were very accommodating to our needs. We will stay there again.”

• My room had bugs & dirty towels.

• Clean, staff nice, continental breakfast was very good.
• Needed more pillows for king bed, they were soft but flat.

“Was expecting something a little more for an executive room. Seems to be same size of a regular room. Needed a light at the counter where the microware was located. Real glassware and coffee cups would have added that "extra nice" for an executive room. And more pillows for the king size bed. The down pillows felt nice but were flat. A firmer one to go with each feather pillow would have been perfect. ”

• It was too close to the casino and I lost 200 bucks at the casino
