• I like the price, the staff in general and the hotel furnishings.
• The was always full, which made it hard to find a parking space sometime.

• The smell of the room, the Free breakfast, The PRICE
• The pool was to close to the road and interstate everyone could see.

“Check in was at 12 noon which I liked but when we got there at 11:50 we were told to come back in an hour to an hour and half. Luckily I had friends in the area we went and had lunch. We got back for 2:00 and the room was ready. The room was Very clean and smelled wonderful for a smoking room. My daughter smokes and she couldn't tell if she had a smoking room. Great Job! The breakfast the next morning was great. I didn't know about that till I checked in. They helped my expenses down. I love to eat breakfast when I am on a vacation. What a "free" treat!”

• Had a fridge, which was nice with a 9 month old.
• Having to carry all of the stuff we packed up and down the elevator.

“Very convienent to downtown and the mall of LA. It was right where we wanted to be, close to the interstate but not "on top" of it.”

• very comfortable bed
• Microwave was too small for popcorn and the turntable was missing

“All in all this hotel was very nice..I would stay there again on my next trip.”

• I liked the location
• I can't understand how in the world this hotel is rated a 2*

“The first room smelled of mold and was overall not clean. I asked to be moved and was the second room didn't smell but was not up to par with being clean nor did the security lock work. Overall the property is in need of renovation and should be at best a 1* property. ”
