• Clean, friendly adult and child comfortable.
• Fire alarms went off at 7am in the morning no explanation or apology.

“Great hotel very clean, extra friendly staff. Fire alarms went off at 7a in the morning we left our room and went outside to hear fire trucks heading in the direction. When the fire trucks arrived the management did not give us any explination or appoligy only that we could return to our rooms.”

• Imagine your whole house, just smaller.

“Everything I have in my house was there. I just needed my clothes, could have just went out for groceries & start cooking if I wanted to. The internet, coffee, tea inside, ironing board & fully equipped kitchen, were great. It was all clean, neat both inside room & hallway. Nice.”

• The staff was amazing! They went out of there way to help us!
• Nothing really! We loved it!

“The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious! The kitchen was great to have considering we had 2 small children with us. The pool was nice and the staff was unbelievable! They were the nicest people I have ever met! Seriously! The breakfast was good. Name brand food and perfect for on the go. It was very quiet and we just loved it!”

• I enjoy the location it's quiet and the rooms are very comfortable.

“The hotel room was nice and clean and I was pleased until I discovered that my top sheets were not cleaned and I was very disappointed. When someone wants to relax and you discovered the covers have stains that are noticeable. That's the only problem I have other than that the rooms are nice.”

• The hotel was very convenient to restaurants, interstate, and the mall.

• It was clean and safe.
• They did not have pillows or blankets to spare.

“Our experience was marginal. If you absolutely must have a kitchen for your stay, it's probably an ok deal, however watch out for hard, springy beds and pillows that offer no support. If you need to be close to any of the Baton Rouge hospitals, you'll appreciate the convenience; for anybody else, you may want to shop around a bit--there are better Baton Rouge hotels for the money.”

• It was a new hotel and everything was bright and cheerful. The hardwood in the kitchen and bath area were beautiful.
• It was quite a distance from the other hotels in the area and there was nothing in the area you could walk to except a hospital.

“Clean and bright with nice employees ample parking, out on a dead-end street, but quiet and a general hospital across the street.”

• Hotel is in a nice quiet location but still close to the interstate.
• Did not have hook up for computer only had wireless. The laptop that we had with us was not wireless. Did not have a mirror outside of the bathroom.

“This hotel was great. The bed was soft we did not miss our bed at home while we was there. We both slept great. The amenities that all the rooms have to offer are wonderful. It is so nice to have a full size refrigerator in your room as well as a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The location was great as well. It is off a quiet street by the hospital and close to the mall. You felt like you were in the country in the middle of town. Many of the other guest had taken there pets with them. They would be walking there dog in the mornings or afternoon. I got two nights for less the price of one night.”

• It was not in a convenient location, had to drive down a dark road to get there.

• A overall great experience.
• $75.00 pet clean up fee.

“Everything was great except $75.00 pet clean up fee which was not mentioned until a saw sign on hotel desk and I had already brought my dog. My dog is a 5 pound yorkee who was in his cage when we weren't in the room and slept in his cage at night. Their was no mess in the room and I thought they should have waived the $75.00 clean up fee.”

• The location was good. The suite was terrific.
• Should be closer to the airport.

“The four of us (me, the wife, and 2 daughters) loved the suite. The staff was excellent. I had to drive an hour to get to my brothers house, but the drive was worth it considering the alternatives. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

• It had a great location to shop and medical, with easy access to freeway.
• Not enough space for excess parking and no ice bucket in room.

“The hotel was nestle between tall trees and locate only 2 minutes from the mall and the freeway. The were plenty of places to eat near by. The pool and exercise area we always clean. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Love the homelike atmosphere , very clean , quiet. Like the bbq pit and chairs outside .
• Maid came in room and didn't give us a chance to open the door

“Given a choice of paying half again more to stay at a Holiday Inn in Gonzales or driving 12 miles each way to the south side of Baton Rouge, I stayed in Baton Rouge.”
