• It was a nice and clean hotel, doubt that I would pay retail but then again I don't like to pay retail for anything, hence Priceline!
• I would like if the rooms had a small fridge, and a couch bed for kids.

“The hotel was nice and convenient for where we were spending the day. The room was roomy and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Only suggestions I have is a small fridge in room and a couch bed for us folk with teens who don't want to talk must less sleep in same bed but luckily the beds were big so they didn't have to touch.”

• The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
• I had a pleasant experience. I cannot think of anything I did not like.

“I had a pleasant experience with this hotel. We came to Baton Rouge to go to Blue Bayou waterpark. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. We had a room close to the pool. When the adults were finished swimming, we could sit on the balcony and watch the kids continue to swim. We were traveling with family and they gave us adjoing rooms. I would stay here again.”

• Location, near freeway, restaurants in area also service stations.
• They did not refresh my face towel, and coffee the next morning.

• It was immaculately clean everywhere.

• The room was very clean and I loved the Patio doors.
• There was nothing to not like in this hotel.

“This hotel was very nice. I had no problems when staying for the weekend. I did not have a room by the interstate and the room was very quiet and neat. The beds were comfortable and really helped me adjust to not sleeping in my own bed. The front desk person as well as the housekeepers and security were all helpful and did their jobs past my expectations.”

• Leaving!
• It seemed like a very run down at one time 3 star and now at best a 2star.

“The staff was friendly but so are the staff at Motel 6 from my early days in business travel. The building was very difficult to locate. It was hidden behind other buildings from the road it was supposed to be on. You had to enter the University of Pheonix driveway. The room was fair. It was almost clean.”

• Plenty of pillows - feather and foam.
• Room was overlooking pool, very loud. Pool was open till 11 and had to call front desk to get them to ask people to leave.

“I would not recommend this hotel. It was loud. Had to go upstairs to get ice. Called the front desk several times without getting an answer. Had to finally call from my cell phone to get them to answer.”

• The beds were very comfortable, quiet, good AC, clean.
• We arrived late, staff was not very helpful, we placed a call to the front desk several times over a 15 minutes to request a wake up with no answer.

• Very clean and convienient
• Too close to railroad tracks. Trains woke me up at 3 & 4 a.m.

“The hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the train noise that woke me up early in the morning. Also I would have liked a fridge & microwave in the room.”

“Since the hotel was not crowded, there seems no other explanation for being given the worst room in the hotel: facing the nearby highway, next to an exterior exit and the elevators. Also there is no free continental breakfast. There are also no available ice machines without going through employees.”

• It was clean, & the people were helpful & friendly.
• The bed was arranged so that you could not watch TV without getting a sore neck & you could hear hall noise.

“The night clerk was informed about some existing damage in our bathroom, so that we would not be billed for it.......he seemed unconcerned & made no effort to check it out personally...on our departure, we confirmed that it had been logged, & we did not have any extra charges...generally, the personnel were very friendly, the location was convenient, and we found the room to be very clean.”

• The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
• Bathroom had trash on the floor behind trashcan. The floor didn't look all that clean.

“Not familiar with BTR, the hotel was easy to find. The room was nicely furnished. Nice swimming pool. Conveniently located to area restaurants and attractions.”

“This was the second time we stay there, and we loved every minute of it. The staff is so nice and helpful, we plan to stay there every time we go to Baton Rouge. The beds are so comfortable, clean, and you can get lost in the pillows. The room itself had a nice clean smell. The best part is that you know there will be no surprises to upset your stay there. Hope we can go back soon.”

• Very clean, comfortable & quiet with very good business center.
• Didn't get a receipt for Market purchases.

“The staff was very friendly with fast, easy check-in and out. There were lots of pillows on very comfy beds. The internet connection was fast and easy to connect. The business center had three computers with comfortable leather chairs. However, it was necessary to go to the front desk to pick up printing. There were several restaurants nearby and it was just off the highway.”

• Convenient to my venue, friendly and efficient staff, Clean and efficient housekeeping staff, great pool.
• I had 6 rooms for 2 days and I'm broke.

“My Stay was great. We had 20 of our children and spouses and grandchildren with us. We had no problems with anything. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and housekeeping was excellent and the pool was great. Thanks to all at the Courtyard Arcadian.”

• The cleanest, most comfortable, friendly hotel I have ever stayed in.
• Does not apply to this hotel.

“The room we stayed in the first night was the most comfortable and cleanest room we had even been in. We did not hear a single noise in the hallway or from the other rooms. We were located away from the pool area so we asked if it were possible to move to another room the next day, not only did they accommodate us but they went to a lot of trouble to get us moved, best of all they were so helpful and always had smiles. They made us feel at home. I will be going back there, the location is great, and the restaurants are the best in the area. We intend to visit often.”

• Having to stay in a "smoking room". No other available

“They do not offer "government" pricing courtesy. The customer service and attention to guests needs is handled on a very professional and courteous manner. I was given a suite since there were no "non smoking" rooms available. The breakfast staff go out of their way to satisfy your taste buds. I would recommend this facility to travelers whether business or pleasure.”

“We like Courtyard overall. This time they apparently oversold the rooms and we did not get the double queen beds that we were told we would get earlier that day. The lighted sign on the street entrance was out which made the hotel somewhat difficult to find at night; Very comfortable bed and pillows, good friendly customer service from staff.”

• housekeeping came in around 9 am and late in the evening during the day that I did not check out. I would have liked to sleep in.

• Cleanliness was not very good. There were dirty clothes from prior party on floor when entered. Channels for TV were not very selective and poor choices.

“We were had all three rooms non-smoking. The rooms we ended up with were the following: One room was on the first floor, one room was on the second floor and the third was on the third floor and it was also a smoking room. ”

“I like the hotel and have stayed there several times. The room I had this time had a couple of issues: the phone had a serious buzz and the A/C unit was very noisy. I reported this to the hotel so that it could be addressed.”
