• Friendly staff.
• Moldy rooms.

“Staff was extra friendly. Room had an awful smell to it. Housekeeping was prompt but failed to clear up the odor.”

• Good location for my purpose.
• The front desk clerk was rude and the cleaning staff did not want to clean my room daily.

“The woman who prepared breakfast for the guest was an angel. She was the bright spot of my business trip. I would give her five stars. The people at the front desk during the daytime were horrible! I was met with rude and unwilling "help". The staff did not want to clean my room. I arrived at the hotel after a twelve hour work day and my room had not been touched! I went to the desk clerk and she said that she was under the impression that I only wanted clean towels (which were not in my room! Tuesday night, I was asleep in my room and they had given my room to someone else! I was awakened by someone trying to come into my room! Thank God I had the latch on the door so HE was unable to enter. I called the desk to ask what in the world was going on and they never answered the phone! I will not go back to the hotel.”

• The proximity to Interstate and to LSU.
• Everything was pleasant.

• Free continental breakfast and the muffles.
• Mrs. Helen ends breakfast too soon sometimes.

• Muffles!
• Wuffins and she stop breakfast too early. I want my muffles!

“This is for muffle lovers! I love eating muffles and sausage-egg at the free continental breakfast. It was very nice and cooked tasty muffles but she calls waffles and muffins muffles so it was very confusing yet exciting to see what she would give us. ”

• Nice, big room with refrigerator and microwave. The couch was a big plus too.
• The beds were small.

“We had a nice room that had plenty of space. The only thing I would change is to have queen size beds.”
