• It's location.
• Had to use public parking next door.

“The staff could have been a little more informative about the parking. Girl asked us if would require parking for our car and said the structure was next door and we needed a sticker. Later I found out this was a public parking structure and that we were charged $3.00 for the parking permit. No big deal but I was a little confused looking for the hotel parking but only saw this public one so I came to the conclusion that we were to park there.”

• The facilities.
• The bed.

“The hotel was nicely located, clean, friendly staff. However, the bed was not good. It was a Murphy bed. Not overly comfortable and not what I expected of a 3 1/2 star hotel. Other than that, everything was good.”

• It was handy too the area we wanted too visits, and dines at!
• For a non-smoking room, could smell smoke in the bath room from previous guests!

• Nice rooms, clean - kid friendly pool.
• Cost seemed a bit high for a small room in Lacrosse, WI- $145

“Nice enough hotel but the staff needed training. It's what differentiates a good hotel from a great hotel. Examples: Enjoyed a tasty meal at the bar, but the bartender spent most of their time on a cell phone chatting loudly with friends. Only one clerk (who was slow) at the check-in desk. Took at least 20 minutes to check in and they sent us to the wrong room. Had to come back down and get rechecked.”
