• The staff was excellent. Great breakfast, great room, great location.
• Can't think of anything.

• Very friendly, helpful staff. They made the stay memorable and happy.
• Elevator broke down.

• Of the four hotels we stayed in this trip, this was by far the best!

• Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, wonderful breakfast, great rooms.
• Nothing.

“I stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Keokuk with 3 of my cousins. The place was wonderful! It was clean, light, airy, and modern. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The pool and spa were clean. Free continental breakfast had a great variety. It is close to shopping and dining facilities. I will most definitely stay here again.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we arrived much later than anticipated.
• Breakfast could have been served a little longer. It was from 6:00 - 9:00. Until 10:00 would have been better.

“The room was always clean and cool. We stayed four nights. I appreciated the microwave & fridge in the room. The staff were more than fair with charges when we arrived much later than schedule. They charged us less. Breakfast was great with a good selection. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to that area.”
