• They don't have Irons in the room.

• It was a place to sleep. That is the best thing I can say.
• Furniture broken, room smelled staff very unfriendly each time we talked to them.

“The room smelled horrible, the recliner was broken. When we asked for towels on the third day, they said "we don't have room service here" even though it said on the door or phone (I cant remember which) to call for more towels if you needed them. They turned off our room keys half way through the stay, and we had to go get them reactivated. Overall this was a very poor experience, and I will not go back to that hotel again.”

• Situated right next door to a Shoney's where you receive 10% off your bill.
• Front desk staff needs more training.

“We stayed here on our way to Arkansas (half way point) Friendly desk clerk, talked a lot and fast, had enough drawl to only make out every other word or so. We ate next door at the Shoney's and received a 10% discount for staying at the hotel. Rooms were older, but clean. Bed was comfortable enough and there was very little noise from outside traffic. Breakfast in the morning was a choice of cereal, oatmeal, donuts & such, coffee, milk & juice.”

• Location was easy to find.
• We were very disappointed that the pool was shut down.

“We should have been informed that the pool was closed. W didnt find this out until two days before our stay. Next time we will call to make sure the pool is open.”

• Staff was very friendly and helpful with our many questions.
• The gate beside our room creaked and blew open and shut all night long.

“I was very pleased with the staff, room, easy access from the interstate, area shopping, restaurants and places of interest nearby.”
