• Easy access to $3 theater down the street.
• Indian owner does not understand or speak good English.

“Delightful stay. Young man who checked us in was so friendly and everything was as expected. Good choices for the continental breakfast.”

• Location.
• Room was dirty.

“Hotel appeared ok on the outside, check-in was easy, staff was friendly, but the room was dirty as in a lot of dust on things, mirror in the bathroom was very dirty, walls in bathroom needed washed down, air conditioner smelled mildew and was an old unit, hotel appeared to not be kept up.”

• Convenient location.
• Room not ready on time, poor job of getting room ready.

“Check-in is supposed to be a 2 p.m., we arrived at 4 p.m. and the room was not yet ready. They said if we were back in 30 minutes that it would be. We returned in about 30 minutes, but the room was still not ready. We needed to use the room so that we could ready to go to a reception, so we used the room even though it wasn't entirely clean or ready and said it would be ok for them to finish after we left. When we returned much later that night, the room was better prepared, but they did not make the beds properly, it appeared as if someone had used them already and they did not leave us towels.”

• The king size bed.
• Too many odd people, kind of looked like a brothel.

• Location was very convenient.
• Old and outdated. Breakfast closed at 9:00 am.

“The location Is very convenient. Because the breakfast area closed early, I had to leave to eat. I put the do not disturb sign on the door but the maid removed It from the door and cleaned anyway. This was even more annoying because she moved my belongings rather than clean around them.”

• The availability of extending our stay and being able to add a room at the last minute.
• The beds weren't that comfortable and the pillows were lumpy.

“The hotel was decent; it served its purpose for our trip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.”

• Convenient location, friendly staff and adequately clean.
• They allowed pets. Although my room looked clean and did not smell - the pet factor made me downgrade to adequately clean.

“Good, but if I had a choice, at the same price, of a similar hotel that did not allow pets - I would choose the hotel not allowing pets.”

• Front end staff was very helpful.
• No elevators.

“I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. I was expecting a "trucker" hotel, and instead found it to be very adequate. Staff went above and beyond to help me. Rooms were spacious and clean. Everything the business traveler needs.”
