• Staff was friendly, hotel was in a good location, was clean, quiet and a good value.

“The room was large and comfortable, we felt it was a very good value. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff was friendly. We were very pleased with this hotel.”

• The hotel is located right near the mall, where there are plenty of places to eat and its close to downtown.
• The housekeeping staff did not do a very attentive job.

“The hotel offers free internet, a pool and breakfast. Mainly, it was occupied by little league teams, which made use of the pool impossible at times. The housekeeping service completely forgot my room twice or missed things (no vacuum, etc). The staff was friendly for the most part. Not sure I would stay here again, though.”

• Location and ease of finding; near major interstate.
• Needs more sound proofing from hall to room, etc.

“Our overnight stay was quite comfortable. The rooms were attractive and clean and except for the mattress being a little on the soft side we were very pleased. Kids baseball teams were being housed along with us and it got a little noisy but overall we give this motel a strong rating.”

• Close to interstate - very clean bath.
• One place to check email.

“Very nice and central place to stay. Rooms are very quiet and private. The only complaint I have is the place to access the internet is only 1 computer right out in the main lobby. If they added 2 or 3 more computers, it would be perfect.”

• Rooms spotless, classy, and comfortable; staff professional and gracious.
• Nothing.

“We were honestly regretful that we could not extend our stay for an additional night. The bathroom was spotless, the bed linens crisp and luxurious. Were it not for commitments elsewhere, we would have stayed at least another night. We will be looking for any opportunity to stay there again.”

• It was clean and quiet and not under construction.
• I'm a Marriott Gold Member, but didn't receive those benefits.

• Beds were most comfortable.
• Receptionist was rude and not wanting to help.

“Breakfast was nice and really good. Room was perfect pool was nice. Front desk ladies were put out when I asked for a receipt and was not energetic to check me in either. I would stay at Fairfield LR again.”

• I liked the location, and the easy access to local restaurants, shopping arenas, etc. Also the whirlpool and the breakfast.
• This was my second time staying at this hotel and the first time we had a micro fridge without requesting it, but my second stay we didn't have one.

“The Fairfield Inn is an excellent hotel. It's very accommodating for family or singles. The staff is very helpful and friendly.”

• Very clean with nice swimming facilities.
• The hotel is in a difficult location to find and not near any restaurants, attractions, etc.

“This hotel was a great hotel for the price. The beds were incredibly comfortable (which I rarely say about hotel beds).”

• The bed and linens were awesome!
• The breakfast area was a bit crowded.

“I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of our room. The desk clerk upon arrival was extremely kind and helpful.”

• This type of hotel generally has a microwave/fridge in room.

• The location was great for both my business dealings and after hours for restaurants etc.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“The location felt like one of safer areas I could have been in. Very convenient to many restaurants, retail stores and a large mall.”

• far from downtown, you need to rent a car. the price is high

• They let me change to a room with 2 double beds without giving me grief
• There was no sign to direct me if I arrived late. The door was locked and I had to knock continuously

“This hotel is located very conveniently right off of I-40 and can be scene from the highway. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The free breakfast was very enjoyable.”

• I enjoyed the easy access to restuarants, to the indoor pool and whirlpool. I enjoyed having complimentary breakfast and a comfortable king size bed.
• The whirlpool needed cleaning.
