• Continental breakfast.
• Everything was great except for one of the front desk people.

“The hotel was very nice. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and even helped us with our site seeing. Only one bad thing was one of the gentlemen that worked at the front desk. He was very rude to my friends and me when we asked very simple routine questions. For example more pillows, shuttle departure times and such.”

• They had a pretty good breakfast.
• Very had to get to. No Exit on I30.

“The hotel was ok, No microwave or frig in the room. Breakfast was not too bad.”

• Carpet needed to be replaced or deep cleaned.

• Great breakfast!
• The business center only had two computers.

“The hotel looked brand new and it was super clean. There was a free shuttle that can take you and pick you up from anywhere in a three mile radius. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was awesome!”

• Good location, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Only one working elevator was inconvenient. The ice machines were on every other floor, which meant going downstairs to get ice.

“The hotel is in a great location to the downtown area. The rooms were comfortable and the whole floor was no smoking it was nice and quiet. Only one elevator was working which made it inconvenient and long wait times to get an elevator.”

• Close to downtown attractions.
• Staff acted as though they were too busy to assist.

“Fine location and facility for business or sight seeing in Little Rock. Close to Clinton Library and downtown attractions; river market, Dickey-Stephens Ball Park, All-Tell Arena, etc. Clean and updated, serving a nice complimentary breakfast, and a solid 2-star facility.”

• I was able to upgrade to a suite for no extra charge.
• Only one elevator is working.

“Very good hotel. Very nice and clean. Hotel staff was ok. Breakfast was good and they kept the continental breakfast well stocked. The only bad thing is that there was only one elevator working. Other that, we had a great time and a great stay.”

• Clean room, Friendly and helpful staff, Nice limited breakfast, Convenient parking
• Elevators were slow to respond

“The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was convenient parking. We had a nice, although limited, breakfast. The only downside were the long waits for the elevators and that was on a Tuesday night.”
