- The lobby was nice and staff helpful.
- Rooms were like an older motel attached to a pretty façade.

- The air conditioner in the room was so loud it would wake me up.

- The room was decorated attractively.
- The walls are extremely thin. My bathtub had water standing in it when I arrived.
“My room was attractively decorated but the bathtub did not appear very clean and I finally had to give up and change the channel to whatever my neighbor was watching on ABC because that's all that I could hear. I also had an issue with regulating my room temperature it was below freezing last night and I finally gave up and turned on my air conditioner so that I could sleep without sweating.”

- I liked the cleanliness and location as well as its easy access.
- The sliding glass doors that allowed for direct outside access were poorly secured.
“The hotel was clean, seemed well kept and had a friendly (however not completely knowledgeable) staff. This may be because it was thanksgiving night. The location was perfect! The rooms were nice. Beds had clean, crisp, comfortable sheets/pillows, but the mattresses themselves were mediocre. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“Even though this is a former Hilton, I felt like this hotel did not match other Hiltons/Wyndhams that I have visited in the past. The lobby felt much like a motel. Other Wyndhams have more updated fronts and decorations. This did not deserve 3-star. It is not in the same class as Embassy Suites. More importantly, it was not in little Rock. I specifically remember requesting little rock. It was not convenient.”

- Great bedding, very clean rooms, great shampoo!
- Location was across bridge from Downtown.
“The Wyndham Little Rock is an enormous conference hotel with a business center, Benihana restaurant, and great rooms. It's not overly fancy but the small details were great, such as the shampoo and soap, and especially the clean fluffy bedding. Wireless access was free too. Overall great experience.”

- Location to downtown little rock. Benihana's restaurant attached to it.
- Outside not appealing. It was set up like a motel instead of a hotel.
“This hotel did not meet my expectations for a 3 star Wyndham! It looked more like a 2 star La quinta, comfort inn, etc. You could enter your room on the sides and back of this hotel which is something you don't see usually with a 3 star hotel. The lobby was pretty nice and the rooms were very nice but I didn't feel as secure because of the side entrances. You didn't even need a key card to get in through the side entrances.”

“I missed my flight and needed a hotel for the night. Hotel had a pool which I was looking forward to since it was 90 degrees outside. Upon check-in at 4 p.m. I asked what time the pool was open until and was told 10 p.m. I put on my suit, walked to the pool only to find it was "closed for the season". Front desk was unaware. Honest mistake. But it was still 90 degrees outside. Go figure. The bugs were apparently hot too because they were crawling all over the inside of my room and in the hallways. The a/c worked but I don't like bugs in my room.”

- The beds were very comfortable and everything about the hotel was fantastic.
- There were a few "drunken" people in the hallway meeting area and loud, probably drunk people down the hall.
“I would highly recommend the Wyndham riverfront to anyone. It is located in downtown, easy to locate and in a very safe, clean area. The staff, rooms and hotel atmosphere are excellent. Room service was very reasonable and excellent quality.”

- I liked the easy access to and from the hotel room and parking lots.
- The food was horrible. I made 3 polite complaints and was never offered an apology or comp for the $11.00 horrid breakfast.
“I felt the staff fell short on customer service. Not one staff member smiled or greeted me in a friendly manner. At one point one of the front desk employees yelled into the phone and slammed it down. I ordered breakfast which came with a cup for my hot tea that was dirty with dried bits of egg and cheese. The worst part was the biscuits and gravy. The gravy tasted like salt water. I received a courtesy call about 15 minutes after receiving the breakfast and I explained to the young woman that they should not serve the gravy and also explained the dirty cup. She said okay. I mentioned this to the front desk staff when I checked out and again received a similar response. This is apparently supposed to be a 3 1/2 star hotel and it didn't appear to be even a 3. I would not stay in this hotel again.”

- The staff was, by far, the most friendly, and helpful.
- The rooms were made up nice, but on the old side with brick walls, and low ceilings. Dark lighting in the bathrooms.

- Room was on bottom floor with sliding glass door to the outside (did not seem safe) and there were a couple of people loitering outside the entrance.

- The waiter at breakfast went out of the way to accommodate us.
- There was a squad car and policeman out in front the afternoon and night.

“Property nice, room quality excellent. Customer service was lacking. Requested late checkout due to working until 4am. Was advised that it was fine and would be noted on my folio. I placed do not disturb sign on door. (My extended checkout was 2pm.)Housekeeping, disregarding the did, knocked loudly on my door at 9:11am. Total disregard for guest request and a total lack of courtesy. I will not stay at this hotel again due to the lack of response from the hotel management when this situation was reported. I was awakened again around 10:00 and simply got up, and checked out.”

- Very surprised not to have some sort of breakfast (even continental) for the price!
“The hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to downtown NLR (I went for the 1/2 marathon) because all you have to do is cross a bridge. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds, pillows and linens were comfortable and upscale. The main thing it lacked for me was fridge/micro combo of some kind and breakfast. I could not believe that for the price I paid, there was not at least some sort of continental breakfast (I just needed a banana and a yogurt for before the race). Even Motels who charge half the price have hot breakfasts.”

- Great steakhouse in hotel.
- They did not satisfy my concerns about having a poor experience the last time I stayed. In fact they could not get me the king-size bed I requested.
“Poor service not concerned with our bad past experience at the same hotel a year ago. They did not have a king size bed available, or so they said. The business center was poorly equipped and I wasted an hour attempting to get a document to print. There were two printers and neither worked. ”

- Decent restaurant. Good location.
- Reservation was screwed up.
“Very bad initial experience. Poor welcome. Lousy room next to very noisy conference room. Had to move me at 2:00am. Nearly had to pay for room out-of-pocket again because my arrival date was wrong in their system and they cancelled my reservation. Argued that I had a printed confirmation and they were mistaken about my arrival date. ”
