• Rates and close to hospitals.
• Afternoon help was not friendly at all rooms were not clean.

“We had problems at first and the afternoon desk clerk was very rude, but the little security guy fixed us right up. The rooms were not very clean, hair on the bathroom floors and crumbs and paper around the beds. No soap or shampoo were in the rooms we had to ask for some. Great access to all the hospitals, but no restaurants close just the busy old convenience store.”

• The rooms were very clean.
• The shower was for handicapped and only had a handheld sprayer at knee level.

“I have stayed at this hotel chain several times and mostly have good things to say about it. On this particular stay I arrived late and the security guard and receptionist were both very nice and helpful.”

• Friendly, helpful, general good feeling.
• The water in the toilet kept running and I had to assist by taking the cover off each time and the bed closest to the window had a major.

“Sag in the middle of the bed and I chose not to use this one while the other one had a slight Hill in the middle and was some what uncomfortable for a bit of a complicated sleep trying to go from side to side.”

• Convenient location, easy on and easy off Hwy 430.
• It could have been cleaner. The bed linens were dirty. The parking lot was littered and the stairwell smelled like urine.

“The hotel was convenient and the price I paid was a good price. The linen was dirty, the parking lot was littered and had an overflowing, smelly, trash can by the stairwell the night I checked in. It was still there the next day. The stairwell smelled like urine. The La Quinta Little Rock Otter Creek, while further out from downtown, was a lot cleaner.”

• Manager let us use his computer, we forgot our laptop.
• Hot water knob fell off in hand, coffeemaker and hairdryer not working, carpet, chair doors dirty.

• Coffee pot and TV reception.
• Door jambs on outside allowed flies to enter room continuously.

“This hotel is under construction. The bathroom in the room we had had mold in the shower ceiling. The beds were nice, but the sheets didn't fit and kept riding up. If the hotel is completely remodeled, painted and spruced up I would stay again.”

• Desk employees were friendly.
• It was not clean or maintained very well.

“It was not maintained well, the housekeeping was not good, there where many pets (although we knew there could be). A couple of mean dogs! Breakfast bar was dirty and not stocked very well. ”

• It was close to the hospital where I was visiting my father.
• Hair was left in bathroom by tub and sheet on one of the beds had a stain on it.

“Overall, the hotel was not a bad place to stay. It could have been a little cleaner, but the staff was really nice and the hotel allowed pets, which is really nice when we have to travel with our small dog.”

• The location was excellent to the Medical Center area.
• The free internet didn't work at all in my room.

• Cockroaches in room. Airconditioner leaked water all over the carpet. Holes in closet and bathroom doors where someone put their fist thru it.
• See 7.

• easy-to-find location right off I-630
• not located in a part of town we were accustomed to staying in

“Lovely rooms, our cleaning personnel was professional and did a super job, the breakfast was lovely and the pool was clean and well kept. Parking was a bit tight, and it was certainly in a part of town where one would be advised to keep their doors locked...”

• Intially, placed in a room we did not like; little unsafe

“Our expectations were met for a 2* hotel. The pool was a nice bonus and was very clean. Although, the location was convenient, my wife felt a little unsage in this particular neighborhood.”

“Just minutes from downtown Little Rock and immediately off the interstate. Bedding adequate for a two star hotel, same with other facilities on site. Pool available, but didn't use it.”

“The stay was fine. The hotel is actually conveniently located- close to the Medical Center, UALR, downtown and West Little ROck. Unfortunately, its on the wrong side of 630, and its location would make some people nervous. We had no problems of any sort, but the area is slightly dodgy. The rooms were clean, but were definately old and could use renovation. The stay and the price were fine, but I would probably rate this as a one star hotel because of the location and the rooms.”

• Counter staff very cordial and efficient.
• Sleeping on the bed in my room was like sleeping right on the springs. Painful.

“The location was fine - easy to get to. The staff was wonderful. I needed this room just for a night's sleep on a trip, however, and wasn't able to do much of that due to the low quality mattresses in the room. They really need to investigate upgrading them.”

• The good price for a hotel, will use this service again and soon.
• No on site or nearby restaurant, within walking distance.

“Have stayed at this hotel over 30 times during the past 5 years and never had problems other than once someone tried to break into my room. It is in a bad part of town but security responded quickly. My family of 5 stays there as it is close to Childrens Hospital where my daughter is an out patient.”

• Price and central location to city.
• appearence of surrounding area and loud inconsiderate guest.

“The staff was frendly and the rooms were clean. I was initially concerned about the area around the hotel because it appeared to be an area that might have problems with crime, but the hotel area is well lighted and that provided an additional level of comfort. One area of frustration for me was that the other guest did not care about disturbing the rest of the guest in the hotel. I was awakened once at approximately 4 A.M. by a group of young people outside our room and the next morning I was again awakened by a couple having a domestic dispute in the next room that spilled out into the parking lot. Because I was traveling with my family and my daughters were in a separate room I was concerned about these two incidents. In the future I would also prefer a hotel that has interior corridors rather than rooms that open into the parking lot and the option of selection adjoining rooms.”
