• Rooms smelt horrible, the bathroom was still dirty rooms 224 and 225

“Was very unpleased with the hotel. Lobby restrooms were not clean no paper towels to dry hands or blow dryer. The cart to carry luggage had a flat tire and the rooms and hallway smelt horrible. The air didn't work properly and the bathrooms had hair on the floor and the shower floor.”

• The whirlpool would have been nice if there was hot water.
• Bathroom sink was dirty, no hot water, drinks left in the fridge from previous renter, elevators didn't work.

“Hotel has potential, but despite all the problems, the staff made no attempt to make things better.”

• Great location and many rooms.

“The hotel is comfortable, but not the best looking available in waterloo. Rooms have exposed pipes and some areas need a touch of paint. The rooms were clean, though, and service was great.”
