• Location to freeway and my destination.
• One front desk person was very rude and bothered by people. Horrible!

“A great location, well-organized and clean room. The staff was great except for one very rude, unbelievable lady at the front desk who obviously didn't want to be bothered by guests. The smoking workers sat out in front, under my room, and I could hear them talking when I was hoping to have uninterrupted sleep time. Overall, however, it was a place that I would stay in again.”

• Very clean and well maintained.
• Lobby too small during rush.

“We stayed a few years back and the place was really well-maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. We are planning a trip back soon and will book the hotel again. ”

• The guest next to us were very loud.

“The hotel was in a very good area to where we were visiting. The staff are friendly and the decor was very well done. I really enjoyed the in-room internet.”

• Large, comfortable rooms.
• Very enthusiastic cleaning staff - don't expect to sleep in past 9am!

“A little off-course for us, traveling east to west on I40 and I30, but the hotel was easy to find. Staff were nice, the room was large, clean and comfortable. No Internet access, apart from a PC in the foyer that appeared to be for guest use, but there was a huge range of TV channels to keep your mind off it. We were just there for an overnight stop, but would consider the hotel again if we needed to stay in the area in the future. If pressed to find something wrong, we noticed the cleaners were quite loud banging around in the room next door at about 9am - we were up and ready to go, but could have been an annoyance to anyone wanting to sleep in later.”

“This hotel was under renovation at the time of stay, very unclean, very unfriendly staff. Horrible location. I would not stay here again.”
