• Friendly staff - assisted me very well.

“The staff were very helpful and accommodating - I requested to be moved to the side of the hotel away from the freeway after the first night, that was done that afternoon and when the TV smoked, they offered to move me again.”

• Very convenient location and very good value
• Carpet was old and hotel is aging

“Very good location and value with friendly and helpful staff-the hotel is showing age though. Definitely a good hotel for short stays.”

• Staff tried to be acommodating.
• Musty smelling; rooms not checked to make sure everything working properly - leaking tub which flooded into carpeted entrance area.

“Had stayed there twice previously when it was the Baymont, and it was ok. This was a shock to find it so rundown.”

• Very quiet with no traffic noise yet close to main road.
• No breakfast was provided and employee did not show.

“Comment: No one showed up to put out the breakfast so the manager was there and was not happy about setting it up and in the hour is took to check out nothing more was set up. Manager had left, and the desk girl was answering phone, checking out people, as well as trying to put out breakfast. What was there was: about 3 bowls of cereal, only decaf coffee and platter of hard boiled eggs. This was the only bad part of the stay.”

• Good breakfast with a number of choices.
• The lobby was not really clean, probably because of the evacuees from Rita.

“Room was very good, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities.”
