• Helpful.
• Hair in bathroom upon arrival bugs on bathroom wall during the night.

“You could tell this could be a great hotel but management was failing. Beds were good lots of pillows nice room but. Hair on toilet upon arrival and bugs on the wall in the middle of the night ugh!”

• Room was more of an oversized open area vs. two separate areas.

• It was spacious, practical and homey.
• The television was not fully operable and house keeping, although pleasant and compiling, was extremely slow.

“There was a great ambiance in general, and all business and personal needs were able to be fulfilled due to all of the services and amenities which were available. Breakfast was great!”

• The pool.
• Security or accepted responsibility for vandalism!

“Police report indicated that is was the 15th response to this parking lot. Security Guard watching TV in the lobby, unaware of the previous night's break-in, 40 feet from the back door! No fence or other security department for the wooded area 50 feet from the back door!”

• Modern decor.
• Bed and pillows not very comfortable.

“Good choice for business travelers needing to stay several days since all rooms are suites with microwave & fridge, sitting area with small sofa and chair, and desk/work area with Internet connection. Adequate accommodations for other travelers but nothing special.”

• The indoor pool was a good feature.
• Our room was not cleaned during our stay and we had to call for extra towels etc.

“Everything was great except for the fact that the room was not cleaned during our three night stay. We complained to the night manager and no one responded other that to bring us fresh towels. We had hung out the "do not disturb sign" but we out of the ho”

• I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the friendliness and service of the hotel staff.

“I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was all very friendly and polite. The hotel and the room were very clean and well kept. I will stay here again and I will recommend this hotel when I get the chance.”

• Hotel was very clean, wonderful breakfast, staff was very friendly, we were on our way to a funeral, and the staff had breakfast ready early.
• No problems.

“The hotel was very well maintained, staff exceptionally friendly, we were on our way to a funeral and had to leave very early in the morning, the staff had our breakfast ready a bit early so we were able to enjoy an early breakfast, which by the way was wonderful.”

• Everything exceeded my expectations.

• It was just amazing. The rooms were so clean and very nice!
• I cannot think of one thing we did not like!

“When I done this, I did not expect the roomy accommodations that we got. We had a wonderful experience and I hope we can go back someday (soon) Also, it was spotless (very very clean). Thank you Spring hill Suites for a very good experience!”

• This hotel has a excellent breakfast buffet.
• There is nothing that we did not like about this hotel.

“It was a wonderful place to stay. Located in a very nice section of Little Rock. The service was top quality and the employees were very nice and helpful. We will stay here again when we come back to Little Rock.”
