• Flat screen TV, modern rooms and

• Nice location.

“The staff here is neither friendly nor helpful. Our bed was so badly broken down that it was nearly impossible to sleep in. When we informed the front desk of the problem, they seemed both uninterested in making it better for future guests, and didn't seem concerned about the problem as we encountered it. We were told we would be given a follow up call. A week later, and we still haven't heard a word!”

• Linen spray! Eye masks! Down comforter and duvet, and indoor heated pool
• Service in cafe was slow and food was mediocre; not worth the price.

“The hotel is fabulous. The club level is exclusive and the free breakfast is more than adequate, with hot items. The bedding will leave you wishing you could stay longer. We extended our stay! Everywhere in the hotel, employees greet you like you're the crown prince of Egypt. They include a sleep kit with linen spray, sleeping mask, earplugs, and a relaxation CD which is placed on the bed and it's really nice!”

• The decor of the room as well as the cleanliness, with a lot to offer.
• The continental breakfast is offered to a select few for free.

• Comfortable bed and good shower.
• Staff in bar and restaurant not attentive to customers. watched a number of customers and myself being overlooked for too long.

• The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
• We got there late, but would have liked to sit in the bar and listen to music, but it ended at 9:00.

“The hotel was very pretty; conveniently located; and very clean. Check in was easy and the staff personnel were friendly and accommodating. The bellman was very helpful and friendly. I left my pillow, but had no trouble re-claiming it 2 days later on my return. I would go back to this hotel and would recommend it.”

• Nice to see the flat screen TV's in all the rooms.
• The WiFi didn't work for me, I had to use my air card.

• No charge for use of Internet & Business center-Free USA Today paper.
• Birds in trees defecated all over our car.

“Friendly staff, nice facilities-a sign on the 4th floor directing one to the swimming pool & exercise room was inaccurate-The pool is on the first floor-I suspect that the exercise room is also on the 1st floor.”

• The room was not very clean.

“We were not happy with the motel. The staff was not very friendly. There were not any towels in the room. The sheets did not fit the bed and came off when you laid on the bed.”

• The bed was incredibly comfortable. I wanted to take it home with me.
• The faucet was too close to the sink basin, making it difficult to wash hands.

• Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30am was a bit much.

• Very nice, beds and pillows very comfortable.
• Noise level between rooms

“The hotel was very conveniently located, very nice and the hotel staff was friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only drawback was there seem to be little noise insulation between rooms. The hotel staff did give earplugs, maybe that was a hint?”

• The bed was so comfortable and the flat screen TV.
• Pretty humid in the hotel.

“The staff was very friendly, Our room was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and they had a flat screen HDTV TV on the wall. We stayed on club level. We had complimentary breakfast and appetizers every day. They also had cocktails you could purchase. We loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it and already have.”

• The hotel was really convenient to shopping. It was also very clean.
• The bathroom was extremely small.

• Everything was easy- parking, going to the room- great.
• Elevators were slow- but maybe it was just a busy day.

“Great location, great staff. I arrived with 2 tired and very hard to please kids. My teenager was very satisfied. We actually got bumped to the concierge level and of course he loved that. I did too! We were well taken care of. The beds were comfortable, food was all around, parking free, and you didn't have to walk a long way either. I would stay there again since it was so nice after a long drive!”

• The Bed was heaven!

“This was a very beautiful hotel inside and out. The Bed is wonderful. One of those you wish you could pack in your suitcase. The front desk people were above friendly as well as the restaurant staff. Everyone felt like a VIP.”

• Can not think of one thing.

“The staff was great. When I needed a cab they offered to drive me in their courtesy car, the room was great, free internet connection; the staff went out of their way to accommodate every need. I am a smoker and they no longer have smoking rooms so they gave me a room with a patio in back what else canned me ask for. Even the room service meal I ordered was great. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Hotel staff not always attentive.

“We enjoyed our stay, the room was fantastic, the bed extremely comfortable and though the hotel was very busy and our room was located on first floor windows to parking lot it was extremely quite. Great for our romantic get away.”

“Our experience with this hotel was phenomenal. We were in town for a family members' funeral and very tired from our long trip. They have a sleep well program that is included with stay that includes eye cover, ear plugs, sleep inducing CD, and lavender linen spray. Our stay also included heavy hors d'oveurs at dinner and a hot breakfast on our floor. Was all GREAT!”

• Most comfortable bed ever, quality linens, quality furnishings.
• Cramped room, sink was clogged.

“This hotel is a Holiday Inn refurbished into a Crowne Plaza. This makes the rooms a bit small, but the furnishings are very nice quality, w/ new flat panel TV's, and an awesome pillow-top king size bed with the best linens I have ever seen in a hotel, even high-end hotels. However, despite the remodels the hotel still shows its age. My sink was clogged on the first night but the hotel staff did fix it for my second night. The most disappointing was the hotel Cafe, the food was mediocre at best and service was questionable at best. Do yourself a favor, leave some extra time and stop somewhere for breakfast. I didn't try the room service, I couldn't find a menu anywhere in the room.”

“My stay was quiet and very romantic. There were not too many attendants, but I figured that was because the hotel had just finished renovations; I don't know. The hotel is very clean and everything in the room is moderate and up to par. I especially enjoyed the TV.”
