• Location and probably a good choice for extended business stays.
• Dated, ants in bedroom, and was not at standard for a 3 star hotel.

“Very disappointed. Not at the standard of a 3 star hotel. Have stayed at the Hampton Inn right next door that is rated a 2.5 star hotel and the Hampton was much nicer and better breakfast everything! There were ants in the room.”

• Loved the studio apartment, a lot of room.
• Sofa couch was not comfortable and only one little blanket and one sheet to make up couch as bed.

“Was very nice but I would not recommend using the sleeper couch, got two beds. I was not aware that if you entered 3 people staying that you would get one bed and a sleeper couch.”

• It was a good.
• The rooms were smoky and not well maintained.

“We arrived late and the front desk person was socializing and seemed put out at having to attend to us. The first room we were sent to smelled strongly of smoke. The second room we were sent to also smelled of smoke, though less so, and we were so tired we decided to stay in it. A mirror on the closet doors was broken, and the room appeared old and not extremely clean. The bed was ok, and the breakfast in the morning was OK.”

• Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean suite, and location close to hospitals.
• Does not have automatic doors. Office and breakfast in separate buildings.

“Location close to big hospitals - although on busy street, it's a quiet location away from the noise. Staff helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Spotless, clean, and safe.”

• Have to pay for internet service.

“Nice suite-style hotel. Rooms were large with complimentary microwave popcorn. Room was clean. Would be great for families - had plates, glasses, stove, refrigerator, etc. Only drawback for business was you had to pay for wireless internet.

• Not very clean, room looked very old, needed remodeling in my opinion, bed not comfortable.

• It was difficult to access internet through WiFi.

“Everything was great. Staff was wonderful. There was some major re-modeling going on there but the staff managed to make sure it was not problem. Great breakfast.”

• The way it was layed out.
• Bed too small.

“The brand was good. I like Residence Inns but construction was going on and we got a real noisy room the st night and they moved us the nesxt night. and the bed was full sized for 2 people. Other than that okay.”

• It had a kitchenette.
• There was a lot of construction and the front desk did not answer when we called from the room.

“Overall the hotel was adequate and served its purpose for the weekend. The location was conventient and the room was quiet and clean. There was a lot of construction and the front desk didn't answer the phone anytime that we called them from our room.”

• Rooms were spacious.

“The hotel was being remodeled and breakfast was served in a room, the person in charge did not have things ready and didn't even know how to make coffee. Otherwise, the hotel was very good and rooms spacious; all employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay again.”

• I liked the spaciousness of the room and the courteous front desk staff.
• The hallways were dark and smelled like mildew, and my room had a cracked mirror.

“Overall, I was pleased with the courteous desk staff and spacious room. Also, the hotel was in a nice part of town. However, my first room had a broken, noisy fan and I had to move to another room. The new room had a broken mirror and the corridors of the hotel smelled bad.”

“We have stayed in six different hotels on our vacation. This was our favorite of them all. The room had all the amenities one could want including a bowl of candy. The continental breakfast was superb!”

• I liked the breakfast and weeknight social hours.
• There were bugs in the hallway and general cleanliness was a problem.

“This hotel seems like an older property in the chain. The location was great and easily accessible to multiple areas. However, the general cleanliness was a problem. it took several attempts to get the room cleaned and there were centipedes in the hallways. The breakfast and weeknight socials were nice but not enough to overcome my disgust at the clean factor.”

• In safe location, but do have to drive to go to restaurants.

• Reported a mattress problem in the morning. It was replaced before we returned that afternoon.
• Liked everything.

“We were very impressed with the hotel and expect to stay there again. We especially liked the bed, it was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. We had a problem with a sofa bed mattress which was replaced the same day we reported it. The suite had a full kitchen and its refrigerator had an ice maker. The complimentary breakfast had a broad array of offerings.”

“The room had only heat available, and it was a little warm. The maid knocked on the door at 8:30 am and wanted to know if we were ready to check out. She asks 2 more times before the check out time of noon.”

• Liked the hot breakfast and having microwave in room.
• We did not have towels when we arrived. The room we stayed in had a bad shower head and the lady at the desk hung up on us.

“We had to move rooms because our shower head did not work. It took two days for do anything about it. The front desk was not friendly at all I called the second day about our shower and the lady hung up on me. We did not have towels in our room the first night and there wasn't a stopper in the tub to give our baby a bath, so we had to use a washcloth. The second day we had our room cleaned and they didn't bring us more toilet paper, so we ran out and had to go to the front desk again.”

• It was a great stay. Convenient, clean, bed and pull out sofa spacious room, full kitchen.
• Staffer started pulling breakfast before the cut off time.

“It was a great trip back home. The hotel was clean, the full kitchen is nice, the room had an l shaped sofa bed and a queen bed. Perfect for three people to stay in.”

• The maintenance staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly.
• The TV in the room did not work at all; the replacement did not work well. Internet service was unusable.

“Although the room appearance was flawless and exceeded my expectations, the place is having technical difficulties. Internet service was pretty well nonexistent and the staff there was not helpful in resolving the issue. The original television in the room would not even turn on. Once the (very friendly) maintenance staff finally determined that the set rather than electrical problems was the issue, they quickly brought a replacement. Unfortunately, the hotel was having "computer problems" and half the channels. The half I normally watch were not available. No Internet, no TV, with a teenager in the room this is a prescription for a migraine.”

“Hotel was located on an awkward property, but the rooms were nice, the management helpful and the amenities, while scattered and somewhat inconvenient, were nice. Place was clean and secure and I would be glad to return.”

• There was nothing that I did not like. If I said there was, I would be picking.

“It started with a very friendly receptionist that was very friendly and helpful. I was actually a little surprised at the cleanliness and scale of this room compared to other extended stay hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend the Marriott.”

“I received a mini suite with a kitchen and sitting area. Room was very clean and I felt safe there. Breakfast the next morning included eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Well worth the money I paid.”

• The breakfast was great and the lady working it was superb.
• My bathroom was gross! The tub had not been scrubbed in a while.

“All the common areas were in great shape and very clean! The breakfast was the best prepared and the breakfast area was the cleanest that I've seen. On the down side, the bathroom was dirty! The tub actually had soap scum and mildew (good thing I bring cleaners), hair on the vanity, there was a used razor on the floor close to the bed, the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable and the linens and pillows "smelled" dirty. The group we were with was very pleased with their rooms, which would indicate that maybe we had the pleasant experience of a lazy housekeeper. I really wouldn't mind staying here again as long as the room is cleaner.”
