• Location.
• Very small quarters, AC in bad location, TV cable service out.

“Had we been able to relocate without incurring any costs we would have? There was little room to move around in. The shower did not give us hot enough water. The cable service was out and we couldnt enjoy the television. There were no movies on demand.”

• It was clean.
• It did not have elevator to 2nd floor and no one offered to help with luggage.

“Any one going to mayo clinic should request 1st floor as it is too difficult to get luggage up to the 2nd floor without an elevator.”

• The refrigerator and microwave.
• Tent room.

• From what we heard from friends, sounds like we got more for our money.
• The beds were a little soft, but we still slept ok.
