• The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

“I was visiting Rochester for medical reasons. I have stayed at other hotels which were much more costly while visiting the Mayo so I wasn't prepared for what I encountered. Much to my surprise, our room had just been renovated with new carpeting, furniture and bedding. The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. The staff were the absolute best! We enjoyed a wonderful complimentary hot breakfast every morning and complimentary hot soup every evening. There was no cost for parking (as there is for most hotels) and the shuttle to and from the Mayo made our trips to the clinic extremely convenient. I will be staying here again.”
