• Location is close to Mayo Clinic.
• Old furnishings, the entire motel needs to be updated.

“A decent place to sleep, however, the rooms definitely show the high rate of usage. The entire inside of the hotel needs to be redone. Carpets, bathrooms, wall decor all are dated, old and need to be replaced.”

• Willing to move us to ground level because of wheelchair use after surgery.
• No wheelchair access to second level. Waited over an hour for shuttle from St. Mary's Hospital.

“Overall everything was just fine. Very pleased that they were able to switch one of our rooms to ground level after my granddaughters surgery. I only wish they would have had wheelchair access to the second level. Security was great, very helpful. Great location. Close to major mall, Wal-Mart, both St. Mary's Hospital and Mayo Clinic. Thank you.”

• Nice pool area.
• External entrance could see a lot of maintenance.

“If you stay in one of the inner rooms (not an external entrance to your room) then this would be a nice hotel. Our room was not one of these which forced us to have to walk past dirty maintenance rooms.”

• Felt like 2nd rate guest.

“Old holiday inn with dirty carpets, minimal toiletries in room, cheap worn out towels, poor maid service, was not offered continental breakfast because my room rate was not high enough.”

• The hotel was very clean and in a nice location.
• The noise level around the pool was way too loud, plus many adults were drinking by the pool with kids around.

“The hotel is pretty in design and in a nice easy to get to location. The pool is too small for the hotel size. The hotel was noisy.”

• Cheap.
• Beds were terrible.

“Worth the money but my bed was terrible. Unstable mattress and it sloped down toward the head.”

• It was easy to get to. Room was nice. Pool was warm!
• Pool was across parking lot, did not give extra pillows/blankets, and ice machine was near exits.

“The hotel was nice and in a great location. Parking lot was too. Room was clean and tidy. Pool was warm! Downside, staff not very friendly, did not let us have an extra blanket or pillows, and did not want to let us have the continental breakfast because we booked our room online! But all in all, it was a nice place to sleep.”

• The cleaning staff was friendly, greeted us as we passed them in the halls.
• Room had an odor, old bathroom, felt dingy.

“Decent location, somewhat older feeling hotel, seemed a little dingy. However met my needs.”
