• Location, Location, Location....
• There was a group of children who were very loud running in the hall. Staff was very slow to respond to complaint.

“Good hotel for Rochester. Not sure it should be a four star hotel. Probably more like a 3 star. Overall the best thing about the hotel is its location. If you have to go to the Mayo Clinic it is the best place to stay if you can get a good price. ”

• friendly staff
• room floors were not clean / poor vacuum cleaning

“Nice facility and friendly staff. The parking situation is marginal and the cleanliness of the rooms should be improved. The location is good as it relates to medical care and proximity to non-hotel restaraunts. ”

• Rooms were big and clean.
• They did not have laundry, had to go to other hotel
