• It was a suite!
• Nothing.

“I was afraid of what I might get stuck with. Wow! I couldn't believe what a nice suite, yes suite that we got. Breakfast was included, as was a pool. I only wish we could have spent more time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too!”

• We definitely would like to stay in this hotel again.
• We can't as it was an excellent stay for us due to medical.

“The hotel and staff were great and made us feel welcome. As we had to stay for several days for medical treatment we were able to stay in a nice hotel for a good price and the staff was excellent.”

• spacious room with very homelike amenities A great location for those who want to be close to the city but not too close.
• An ice machine that frequently dispenses ice.

• The room was just the right size with a sleeping and leisure area.
• The waffle batter was too cold to work in the waffle iron.

• I loved the way the room was designed for a 7 day stay and the bed linens were great.
• I did not like the heater/air conditioner right beside the bed.

“The room was great and we had hoped to stay at the hotel again as we were back in the same town again for 10 days. We hope to stay again at Springhill when we go back in June.”

• Convenient location for medical apptm'ts, staff friendly and helpful,
• Too much outside light came in rooms, need blind of some sort.

“As stated above, appreciated the friendliness of staff, and convenience of surrounding area. Continental breakfast good. Stool had a problem and was immediately fixed. Cookies were yummy.”

• Continental breakfast was excellent, housekeeping did super.
• TV/cable was not good at all-we spent a lot of our stay in our room--only 1 kid¿s channel, no paper TV guide & remotes bad.

“I think if there hadn't been so many problems with television/cable, our stay would've been almost perfect.”
