• I was given a first floor room.
• The price was too high for a week day.

• Clean, good value. All what I hoped for.
• Noise, restaurant.

“Overall, good experience. The pool area was very nice. The AC heating unit was noisy. The service in the bar was below average. I would stay there again.”

• Convenient to freeway access.
• Could not get hotel key card to work, had to go to desk to receive new one, with luggage in tow.

“It was nice, quiet, had pool and exercise room, restaurant was excellent. Had problem with door key-card, but front desk clerk gave me two replacement key-cards.”

• Very loud, many wild kids, bedding was dirty, too many people for size of hotel.

• Little too big.

• Shuttle service is convenient.
• Noisy mechanical equipment, HVAC, etc

• The slide in the pool.
• Quite a distance from the airport.

“The manager was wonderful. They let us switch rooms to one with more beds (for the children) and to one that was not a smoking room. The children loved the pool with the big slide. It was a wonderful end to our vacation.”

• Used to be a smoking room changed into non-smoking, smelly.
