• Rooms were dirty with hair on bathroom floor and dirty Kleenex in between sheets.

• The bed was heaven. I wanted to take it home!

• Hot fresh cookies at night. Great waffles cooked by a sweet oriental lady. Good breakfast.

• The common space.
• Crowded nature of the room - chair crammed in a corner. Beds looked lopsided.

“The common area was lovely. Everyone in my group met there. No one said, "Come by my room!" There was no room! I was shocked when I walked into the room and saw the beds. I said to my husband, "Well, what do you think? Which looks the most uncomfortable?" I was very disappointed in the room.”

• Clean, quiet, good value.
• Charged twice, see below! My computer picked up the hotel's wireless signal but it did not allow me to get the necessary sign on screen.

“I was charged twice for this room. It's a pain in the neck to get this corrected!”

• It was clean.
• They had run out of towels at the pool.

“It was a very nice place to stay. The room was clean, with lots of light. The window had a light blocking curtain, that if you didn't know it was there, you might think would be bright all night, but fortunately we realized it was there. I would stay there again.”

• No automatic doors entering the hotel.

• Great hot breakfast with friendly server.
• Furniture in room was noticeably old, difficult to find from main road.

“This was a nice enough hotel room. The lobby was very nice, but the room was not quite in the same shape. Some of the furniture needed to be replaced. The staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was excellent (great waffles actually prepared for you!). There is no sign for the hotel easily visible from the main road, so finding it was a bit difficult. Also, it snowed about 1 foot overnight during my stay, but of course that wasn't the hotel's fault! Overall, this was a nice enough hotel and I would stay there again.”

• Abundant comfortable bedding, more pillows than I have seen in any hotel.
• Continental breakfast was a little disappointing.

“Good travel/business stay location. The business center was useful and the staff was friendly. Access to the highway and eateries was great. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and co-workers.”

• Rooms looked nice, bed was comfy and refrigerators and fridge in room were a bonus.
• My original room reeked like smoke even though there was no smoking allowed in hotel.

“Excellent value and centrally located. The breakfast was good and pool facilities were clean.”

• Great location, friendly people.
• No adjoining rooms.

“The staff was pleasant, but when dealing with the reservation staff to ask about adjoining rooms, they said they would place us in them. When I arrived, the staff at the hotel said they did not have adjoining rooms. It would have been nice knowing this from the get go. Otherwise, the staff were helpful, courteous and the stay was pleasant.”

“Great place to stay while on the road. This is not a 5 star hotel but my room was clean and the staff courteous. I highly recommend to business travelers and vacationers as well. I did not use all the amenities but found the wireless internet an added plus.”

• Very convenient to the Arkansas fall foliage experience in late October -early November.
• Could have had better directions to the hotel (signage and billboard information) on immediate approach.
