“This hotel is an economical, well-appointed business, "no frills" hotel with kitchen facilities. Its location is a bit removed from the airport area. The physical plant is attractive, and the staff pleasant and helpful.”

• Reasonable price, clean, good access to highway system.
• No one at the front desk either when we checked in or out.

“This was adequate for our purposes, but we arrived late and had to call a number to get in the person was with us right away though so no problem. However at checkout time, there again was no one avail and there were a number of other people waiting. We just left our room key with a note, but didn¿t feel comfortable doing that.”

• More hall noise than would like.

“My husband and I went to this hotel for a quick weekend getaway and mixed a bit of business in too. It was nice and roomy, and we appreciated the kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and two-burner cook top. The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.”

• It was close to my location and the room was big.
• They did not provide shampoo!

“It looks like you stepped into 1970 when you go into the rooms. None of the furnishings have been changed since then. This was not a concern because of the price of the hotel. There were no public spaces to meet or gather in. There is no dining at the hotel. I can't believe that the hotel did not provide shampoo! It was horrible to wake up in the morning and discover there was no shampoo! How am I supposed to go to a meeting without a proper shower? I would not recommend this hotel to anybody that cares about their appearance.”

• The location is great.
• Mattresses on the beds are way to thin. Not comfortable at all.

“This hotel is conveniently located for me when I am in the metro at my National guard drill. The comfort of the beds is bad. The mattresses are to thin. I have stayed here before and was the same way before. Because of this I may not stay again, and will have to up my price and hotel star rating.”

• The staff was very friendly. It was exceptionally clean.
• We were told there was a Perkins restaurant "around the corner", this was not true.

“The hotel staff was very friendly; they did not really know what kinds of places were around to dine in. The hotel was very clean and had a festive Christmas atmosphere. The pantry was well stocked and full of items one would need while traveling.”

• Nice to have a full kitchen available with a full sized fridge!
• It seemed a bit cramped in size, but well adequate for my needs! Not for the claustrophobic!

“This is a nice place to stay when you just need a spot to call "home" for a while. The full kitchen is great, and I liked the availability of grocery items to purchase just off the lobby. Convenient, comfortable & friendly, but maybe a bit small. Would definitely stay again!”

• This hotel along with some other hotels I have gotten from you act snotty when we check in because of the price were getting. I don't like that.

• Wireless internet was for a fee, and no complimentary toiletries.

“Talk about a bare-bones experience. I had to pay 50 cents for shampoo, the wireless internet was not free, and I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to get to the front desk to check me in. The beds were comfortable enough, and the body bar in the bathroom was some of the best soap I've had in a hotel. It was fine, but certainly nothing to be excited about.”

• The front desk attendant that checked me into my room was very friendly and so helpful. My stay wouldn't have been as nice if it hadn't been for Kadi

• We would have really appreciated better pillows they weren't the most comfortable.

“Homestead studio suites was a nice room and a good value. The kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave was convenient for a quick breakfast. We did have to switch rooms due to a clogged toilet in the first, but there were no problems and we just moved across the hall.”
