• Comfortable bed with great coffee and even microwave popcorn!
• Can't think of a thing.

“After a long day of walking at the state fair, it was fantastic to have such a large, comfortable room. Nice to have an adults only time in the pool and hot tub area. Coffee in room was very good and even had microwave popcorn. And the bed and pillows were fantastic!”

• Spotless, friendly attentive staff, fabulous breakfast, safe area.
• No ice machine, be patient with elevator.

“Residence Inn properties are tailored to the relocating traveler and this was an absolute apartment. I even received a follow up thank you message from the hotel GM! The staff was attentive and very friendly. The grounds and room were spotless.”

• Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Kitchens and divided rooms are a plus.
• There is not wireless internet in the rooms, just wired.

“I have been a this hotel 3 times now. I really like it for the following reasons: Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Very quite. The morning buffet assortment of food is superb (scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage links, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc .). The multiple rooms are nice if you have kids. The kitchen is nice if you will stay for a few days. I recommend this hotel if paying a little more is not an issue and you want a more relaxed, friendly somewhat homely atmosphere.”

• Suite type room with private bedroom/bath, living room, and kitchenette; roomy and quiet, 2 televisions, nice pool.
• Crowded breakfast area, hot exercise room, lousy pillows that squish down to nothing, rounded bottom on tub; only 1 elevator.

“Very nice hotel with comfortable, quiet suite-like rooms with kitchenette, living room, and 2 televisions. Could sleep 4 using the hide-a-bed in living room; complimentary breakfast had good assortment of food; cramped exercise room with non-working a/c, but nice pool area.”

• Breakfast great. Fresh popcorn in lobby great. Kitchenette helpful.
• Cleaning staff forgot there were 3 in room, had to ask for another towel every day.

“Home away from home before a wedding. Kitchen permitted wedding prep and home cooked meals. Good sound proofing--no neighbors' noises. Spa lovely way to relax. Located in a business park, so no restaurants immediately area. Excellent walking trail adjacent.”

• Complimentary breakfast was great. Everyone loved it.
• The room seemed to be furnished with second rate furniture. Nothing like the Courtyard next door.

• Amenities in room are great with full kitchen and sitting area.
• Hotel is spread out with long wings, making for long trip to pool area.

“Love most everything about this well-kept hotel that offers more than most hotels, especially the breakfast. It is so good that we have hard time finding a place to sit to eat. Guess that is a good thing.”

• Very good breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and muffins and rolls.
• No stove with kitchenette and TVs were old, limited cable.

“I was very impressed with the one bedroom suite and it worked well for my wife and daughter. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the kitchenette was a bonus. It was nice for once to have a shower that was actually over my head and had a strong flow of water. Pool was on the smaller size, but the hot tub was good size and "hot". Good location, quiet overall and well maintained. Excellent breakfast and the little store a plus.”

• The cleanliness and homelike suite layout was comforting. It made me want to stay much longer!
• The main entry to the building is not well defined due to the pool area being close by looking in from the outside.

“I was very pleasantly surprised at the comfort, style, and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The popcorn in the room made me feel like they wanted to add a personal touch.”

• It was spacious, had services (laundry, complimented breakfast bar) that added to a positive traveling experience.
• The only complaint was that there were not enough towels as voiced by my spouse.

• The bed had great think top with choice of pillow types, plus pool towels were good ones.
• Breakfast is in tight square area which gets crowded, plus only had one waffle iron.

“This was our first visit and loved it. Everything was top notch such as fully stocked kitchen that even included free popcorn and candy dish. Continental breakfast had many choices, even scrambled eggs and waffles. Best part was the comfort of the bed with think pillow top and variety of pillow types. Plus the pool towels were real nice instead of thin postage size ones we normally find.”

• Very comfortable and clean with everything one might need.
• A few minutes after check-in there was somebody trying to open the door without even knocking on the door. That was rude!

“Our stay was very good except for an incident where one of the hotel staff tried to enter the room without knocking on the door or checking if someone was inside.”

“We are always pleased when we stay at this hotel in Roseville. However, this time we were also surprised to find new carpeting in the halls & rooms and new shower curtains. The staff is usually so friendly and helpful and this was no exception.”

• Beautiful suites with fold-out l-shaped living room sofa.
• It never got warm err than 65 degrees.

“Wonderful suites, great complete breakfast buffet, clean, comfortable, everything looks new, friendly staff. Didn't checkout the indoor pool. Judging from everything else I¿d suspect that it was perfect too. We had a "studio suite" with a queen bed, and l-shaped sofa with pull-out bed in living area. Complete kitchen with a breakfast bar, minus an oven but including a microware and stove top. TV included video controls. My room was a bit cool (65 degrees). They offered to move us to another room, but it was late and I had my kids. So we just got a couple extra blankets, popped the free popcorn and settled into our otherwise terrific suite.”

• At midnight, asked for an additional blanket for daughter on fold-out couch, but never received it.

• Only one bed in the room.

“This was a nice place to stay with young children. The in-room kitchen made meals easy and economical. The children enjoyed the free popcorn and the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of items.”

“It was quiet, they had a "no party" rule, which I had never heard of, but liked very much. I wanted to go there and get some sleep, and I did that very well. Everyone was friendly, and helpful.”

• The hotel was clean and seemed new, the rooms large, the amenities plenty, everything was exceptional.
• Everything was great.

“I am a frequent traveler who has stayed at several top of the line hotels. This one was like no other. When I checked in they had a full buffet that was complementary for all guests and a wonderful breakfast buffet the following morning, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous and the hotel rooms were clean, large and comforting. Overall it was my best hotel experience and would recommend it to business and pleasure travelers and don't forget to bring the kids, they'll love it too.”

• Best breakfast I have had at any hotel. Great staff.
• This hotel is of wood construction and sound carries. We had people above get up at 4:30 am and it sounded like they were coming through.

“The first night was awful from 4:30 am to 6:00 am. because of the noise transfer from the room above. However, when I mentioned this to the desk staff they transferred me to another room from 1st floor to 3rd floor. and arranged to have all our luggage taken up to new room. The next 2 nights were wonderful. It really is a wonderful hotel. I can't imagine wood construction for a Residence Inn level of quality.”
