Lewis from Mulvane, KS
“This is a typical Hotel, more recently built than some chain motels that have rehabilitated old facilities, nice-sized rooms, relatively good beds, nice-sized television, larger bathroom than many, pretty well kept (this one is well kept, inside and outside), nice breakfast, pool (inside), etc. This motel is an excellent value.” Aug 4, 2005 by
Gary from Detroit Lakes, MN
“Wonderful stay with great service and amenities.” Jul 31, 2005 by

William from Brookfield, WI
“Very nice -would stay there again” Jul 27, 2005 by
Katrina from Mankato, MN “My car window was broken out by neighborhood vandals. Management was uncaring.” Jun 30, 2005 by
Missy from Duluth, MN
“I was very impressed with the friendliness and hospitality that the front desk person showed us. We arrived three hours early and even though our reserved rooms weren't ready, she found us three convenient rooms close together and let us check in when we got there.” Jun 26, 2005 by
Ruth from Pella, IA
“The motel staff was friendly, the lobby's soup, cookies, and drink were appreciated, and I enjoyed the hot tub.” Jun 6, 2005 by
Ken from Bemidji, MN
“Convenient location off 35W, short drive to Rosedale and several good restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and clean.” Jun 2, 2005 by
Paul from Cedar Rapids, IA
“Located just north of the Rosedale shopping and dining area, the Fairfield Inn offers clean facilities for the family looking for a bed, a pool, a breakfast and a smile. It ain't flashy, but it's perfect for the family on a budget. One downside: no food within walking distance. ” May 31, 2005 by
Larry from Commerce, TX
“It is a fairly new motel and has quite a bit of the amenities that any family would like at a quality hotel. It was an excellent buy and would stay there again when the opportunity presents itself again.” May 27, 2005 by
Jan from Creve Coeur, MO
“Good hotel, showing a little age. I stayed on the East side, away from I-35W which is about 100 yds away. As a Christian I appreciated the Gideon Bible in my room.” May 26, 2005 by
Sue from Alexandria, MN
“Super value for when you want to be in the Twin Cities. Good access to 35W and other main access roads.” May 23, 2005 by
Elizabeth from Kasson, MN
“This was a very welcoming hotel. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. There were crumbs on the floor and their were hairs stuck to things in the bathroom. All of this was there when we enterend the room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, too! I would likely stay there again.....it was a great bargain for the price!!!” May 13, 2005 by
Robin from Virginia, MN
“This is a very nice hotel to stay in. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is great and was kept well stocked right up until 10:00 A.M. The rooms are spacious and the beds are more comfortable than most hotel beds. Definitely a great find!” May 11, 2005 by
Wendy H. from Duluth, MN
“It was me and two children - we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff was nice and everything seemed to be in order -- also we had to leave early in the morning and the breakfast was all set up earlier than 7:00 a.m. so we were able to eat before we left. Worked out great.” Apr 21, 2005 by
Christy from Moorhead, MN
“A great deal. The rooms were very nice, the pool is great for small children, but at only 3 1/2 -4 ft deep it is not really much of a recreational pool.” Mar 18, 2005 by
Dino from Shiocton, WI
“This hotel was average at best. Our room was not ready at check in, about an hour late getting it ready. The room smelled horrible, we needed to keep windows open to air out. 5 degrees outside kept room cold however. The pool area and continental breakfast were very nice. It was OK for the price.” Mar 12, 2005 by
Sue from Alexandria, MN
“Great place to stay! Breakfast is included, so you're saving even more than you think!” Mar 8, 2005 by
Larry from Willmar, MN
“Nice place, easy access.” Feb 23, 2005 by
Deb from Moorhead, MN
“The hotel was very poorly staffed. There was only one person working in the entire hotel when we arrived on Friday night. When the room was not acceptable the attendant had to leave the front desk and go up to third floor to get blankets, etc., from a smoking room. We were left waiting in the lobby. I think the situation is unsafe and limits the service that they can provide.” Feb 23, 2005 by
Marci from Mankato, MN
“For the price that I paid, I was very satisfied with my stay. I have stayed at several Fairfield Inn's, and am always happy with my stay.” Feb 17, 2005 by
Gary from Appleton, WI
“This hotel is located right off the interstate in a convenient location, it is close to a variety of eating establishments and also a mini mall and gas stations, what more could you want! We truly have enjoyed staying here, our son plays basketball for Concordia in St.Paul and we have stayed here at least 6 times in the last four years and have always been happy.” Feb 9, 2005 by
Nathan from Fairfield, IA
“I was very impressed that I could get a room in that price range with the services and features. When I first entered the price, I was afraid that I was going to get a room that was in the Motel 6 range but it was not. I was also impressed that there was no miscommunication about the reservation when I showed up and that everything was taken care of (checking in took 1 minute). Also, I liked that I was able to request a double bed room.” Feb 8, 2005 by
Lindsay from Grand Forks, ND
“I would compliment them on the great continental breakfast. It was clean and tidy. Very quiet night also.” Feb 5, 2005 by
Steven from Tomah, WI
“We had a pleasant stay. I think the breakfast was very nice and well supplied.” Nov 11, 2004 by
“Staff at Hotel were warm and friendly. The hotel was convenient to my work site and also close to shopping and good restaurants.” Nov 10, 2004 by
“The hotel was nice for the price and we had no complaints. It would have been nice to have a source of ice on the 2nd floor.” Oct 13, 2004 by
“The room was nonsmoking but the bedding had a slight cigarette smell. Think they need to sanitize a little more to get that odor out of everything.” Oct 13, 2004 by
“Clean. Good location. Nice facility. Continental breakfast could have had more selections.” Sep 29, 2004 by
Naomi M. from Carlisle, IA “I enjoyed my stay and received excellent service. I had stayed at your hotel in January 2004 and was much more satisfied with the quality of my room and with the staff than my previous stay.” Sep 28, 2004 by
Ramona K. from Echo “It was very good, the breakfast was good also.” Sep 21, 2004 by
Lisa F. from Bemidji “The hotel in Owatonna would have been wonderful except for the bed linens were not clean and no exercise equipment at either hotel. Brenda at the Country Inn and Suites was wonderful!!” Sep 21, 2004 by
Lisa F. from Bemidji, MN “The hotel in Owatonna would have been wonderful except for the bed linens were not clean and no exercise equipment at either hotel. Brenda at the Country Inn and Suites was wonderful!!” Sep 20, 2004 by
Jeffrey D. from Brookings, SD “Only issue I had is that they placed us in a handicap room. It had everything we needed, but I would have liked to not have been in a handicap room.” Sep 17, 2004 by
“I was very pleased with my stay at Fairfield Inn. It was better than I expected for a Two Star hotel.” Sep 11, 2004 by
Walter S. from Cushing “The staff was helpful and courteous, except for one incident: our room was on 3rd floor, facing 35W, which is the noisier side of the hotel; my husband asked if we could be switched to another room and were told we could switch to another room, but on same side of hotel. The AC fan wouldn't keep running, which normally would block out much of the highway traffic sound. AC didn't adequately cool the room. And bottom sheet on the bed wasn't tucked in, couldn't be tucked in so we actually ended up lying on the mattress pad/mattress by morning -- I know sheets are changed daily, but how often is a mattress pad changed and how often is a mattress sanitized? Otherwise, room and accommodations were acceptable.” Sep 10, 2004 by
Joseph L. from Duluth “It was a great bed, very comfortable, but only drawback was looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub, but was closed both days we were staying there for maintainence” Sep 9, 2004 by
Nancy T. from Fargo “Rooms were very clean. Free breakfast was ample and good. The front desk staff should be able to give clear directions to the hotel over the phone. The staff person I spoke with had no clue how to guide me there from a major highway and, in fact, sent me in the wrong direction.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Nancy M. from Chatfield “The hotel surpassed my expectations for quality and location. The price was also within my budget.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Patricia S. from Kalona “What surprised us was that the second morning we went down to breakfast at 8 am (and they served until 9 am) they were out of most everything - just a few of things were both juices, apple and orange, and coffee. The second thing was that the whirlpool was not working during our whole stay there.” Sep 7, 2004 by
Christopher S. from New Ulm “Water dripped from ceiling. Double occupancy, but only one bed. Good continental breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. Good parking” Sep 4, 2004 by
Benjamin O. from Cushing, MN “The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The newspaper was appreciated, and the breakfast was good. However, the carpet around the beds was dirty, and there were no cups or plastic liners for ice! After coming in rather late to a cool room, we turned on the heater only to have the smoke alarm go off. Honestly, the hotel rating should have been at least a half star lower.” Sep 4, 2004 by
Paulette L. from Duluth, MN “Nice Hotel, Great Price, Thank You” Sep 3, 2004 by
Sharon H. from Elk River, MN “Hotel was very good but I did have to wait for the room to be ready. I arrived at 3:45 and had to wait till 4pm even thou check in is 3pm.” Hotel Representatives:
