• They charge for high speed internet services.

• It has a good location to the MOA, was very clean with nice rooms .
• The internet access in my room did not work.

• Staff was very friendly.
• The room was hot! No circulation or air condition unit. Thermos must of been broken.

“The hotel looked to be great. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. There were no towels in the room. One wash cloth. The room was extremely hot and there was zero circulation in there. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there were no rooms available. I found that to be impossible of a hotel this size. Would I stay there again? nope. I had expected way more than what I got.”

• Nice, quality hotel for the money!
• Requested a king size bed, got 2 full size beds. Fitness room didn't have many machines.

• The pool was very nice. I also enjoyed the complimentary lemon water and hot chocolate.
• The only thing we didn't like was the $10 charge for internet service.

• I wanted to extend my stay for another night and could not.

• Clean, comfortable room with plenty of pillows and very nice pool towels and fitness room.
• The pool area was not very warm and the pool water was not either.

“This hotel was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Mall of America and several restaurants made meals and entertainment a snap. The staff was friendly and courteous. The fitness room had classy machines as well as free weights and balls. Wish the pool area would have been a little warmer.”

• Lobby, pool, 2 hot tubs, restaurants, room.
• We brought our dog. When we got there, they do not accept pets. That was difficult.

“I like the hotel and the above mentioned items. This hotel does lack side entrances. I left a pair of eye glasses in the room after check out. It has been a real hassle trying to have them locate the glasses. This is still in the works. Also, this hotel lacks a toll free number so when calling back and forth regarding the glasses is costing me long distance charges.”

• Comfortable beds, quick check-in, Crabtree & Evelyn in bathroom.
• Thin walls, could hear every word spoken, every vacuum run.

“The MSP/Mall of America Hilton is convenient to the airport and the mall and overlooks a national wildlife refuge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Crabtree & Evelyn amenities in the bathroom are a nice touch. The only thing you must BRING EARPLUGS if you mean to sleep in, because the walls are very thin. I was woken up at 6:30 AM one morning by another guest screaming on the phone with the front desk about the fact that he'd been woken up by someone running a vacuum cleaner. Weird plumbing sounds too woke me up in the night. I can't fault the hotel for it must be hard to retrofit for sound so I just lived through it.”

• I like his location and the building. The pool was wonderful.
• I do not like that there is not Internet service free as wireless. I think they have to over the Internet service free.

• You have to know exactly where to exit in order to find the hotel entrance.

• It was easy and convenient to get to and from where we were going.
• Their lost and found is non existent. We had forgotten a couple of items of clothing that were forgotten. They are still unable to locate them.

“The hotel experience was very pleasant. There were a couple of issues that kept me from rating it higher than I did. We forgot a couple of items of clothing. I called the evening we left and the following day to see if house cleaning had found them. On both occasions they could not find the articles. I do not believe that they would have been left in the room for the next guest. The room was spotless when we arrived and I do not believe that they would have done anything less for the next guest. Which means that they do not turn items into a lost and found. I could understand holding them for a week and unclaimed then discard them but I called the same day. Second item was the breakfast. Not many people eating at the time that we did. When we ordered from the menu instead of eating the buffet it took an extremely long period of time and then it was wrong order as well as cold. When they reordered it came as requested.”

“I wanted to leave as soon as I drove into the parking lot and looked at the surrounding neighborhood and the experience just went downhill from there. As soon as I walked into the lobby, it smelled of fried food and the clerk was dressed in jeans and not very pleasant. The facility was in a state of disrepair all over.”

• The pool was very nice, the beds were luxurious, and room & view were beautiful. Lobby is lovely. Location very nice.
• Bathroom was nice, but very cramped. We called ahead & asked for a king size, but one was not available. Restaurant very expensive.

“Wonderful beds, rooms beautifully and pleasantly decorated. Nice location, right near the highway, but with views of the bluff, water, sanctuary. Pool was small, but very, very nice and we spent much time in it, 2 whirlpools. Nice service.”

• Location near the Mall of America was perfect. The pool and hotels were great.
• The bathroom was too small.

“The Hilton Minneapolis was the perfect spot for a two day visit. The location near the interstate, the airport and shopping was handy. The hotel was well decorated; the bathroom was small (though the granite counter tops were a nice touch.) The pool was open until midnight so adults could have some quiet time in the hot tub with out noisy kids.”

• It was very attractive and we loved the lemon, orange and cucumber water in the lobby.
• Could have used more outlets by mirrors. There were 4 girls and it was hard for all of us to get ready in the morning.

• All was good nothing bad.

“Well decorated room. Bedding extra nice and comfortable. Beautiful public spaces and pool area. Everything is clean and well maintained. There is a nice wetland area/park across the street with nature trails. Overall this is my all time favorite hotel.”
