• I liked the lobby with the waterfalls.
• The bathroom was rather small, and the workout room was out of earphones.

• Good location.
• Tub didn't drain, air vent rattled, loose faucet, dirty pool and hot tub.

“The front desk staff didn't care about any of the problems we had when we pointed them out at checkout time. The tub didn't drain, so when you showered you stood ankle deep in water, one phone in the room didn't work, the faucet for the bathroom sink was loose and unsecured, the pool and hot tub had sand and string/hair in them, and the AC heat vent rattled so loudly you couldn't sleep (we finally wedged the chair against it and it quit). The one plus was the central location, near all the attractions we wanted to visit.”

“They were gearing up for the Republican National Convention, so it was sort of chaotic in the lobby. I'm sure the front desk workers eyes usually don't bug out like they were the day we checked in! Very friendly staff.”

• I loved the view and friendliness of staff.
• Not enough wall outlets and the AC wasn't cold enough.

“Overall I have to give the Hilton a thumbs up. Staff was friendly. I never felt neglected although they had a large republican party staying.”

• It was so pretty and close to the Mall of America. The shuttle was great, too.

“This is an excellent upscale hotel with great ambience. It is wonderful for both business and leisure. The shuttle is very convenient for the Mall of America and the airport. I highly recommend it.”

• Most of the staff was friendly and efficient.
• Room service - order a simple item and did not receive.

“The hotel was a pleasant stay, it met my expectations but had a few drawbacks, TV reception was fuzzy however only viewed the evening news. My wife need some extra creamers for her morning coffee, asked customer service but never received her request.”

“When we got there the elevators were not working. The ice machine on our floor did not work at all the entire time we were there. Our shampoo and other items did not get refilled, we had to ask the maids for additional products on our 2nd day.”

• Great staff! very helpful! when I had issues with the wireless internet, they comped the service. Super! plus a great pool and hot tub!
• I would have like a refrigerator in the room and a complimentary hot breakfast!

“Excellent hotel. First class. Deluxe. Clean. I was surprised that there was a fee to use even the internet in the business center. For the normal price of the rooms, internet should have been included in the room costs.”

• The fitness room was great and the room and hotel are very clean.
• We only had 2 towels for 3 people and the ice machine didn't work on our floor.

“Overall, the room was great. I was frustrated having to ask for more towels and the third night they did not give us 3 again they only left 2. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The air conditioning did not work properly and we had a fan in both rooms.

“The air-conditioning was not working properly and did not keep us cool in the summer heat. The hotel knows this and has a fan in every room. Very uncomfortable sleeping with the heat and the fan noise. On top of this they charge for a roll away bed. I should be able to charge them for lack of sleep and discomfort.”

• Charge extra for Internet access, no shops within walking distance.

“The hotel was very clean and attractive. They have an indoor pool and hot tub which our kids (11 and 6) liked. It is right across the street from a wildlife refuge, which we did not visit. It is very close to Mall of America and IKEA, but not really within walking distance. There are no shops within walking distance, it is kind of set back from things, but we had a car. They do have a free shuttle to the Mall. It is also very close to the airport. It was a quiet hotel. The beds were very comfortable with pillow top mattresses and down comforters and pillows (4 per bed). The bathroom was clean and updated (with a higher sink and rounded shower curtain pole, good water pressure and temperature, not so great draining, but ok). The bathroom was very small though, but I don't spend that much time in there, so no big deal. Overall, I would stay here again.”

“The hotel was very easy to find from the freeway. The front desk staff were very courteous. Hotel decor was very snazzy. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds and great views. The pool area was great with 2 hot tubs. The fitness facilities were small, but adequate.”

• It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, nice sheets, nice bathroom.
• There is no need to make that available in the room and put suggestive pictures on the intro screen.

“The room was very comfortable. We really liked the bathroom and the comfortable bed. We weren't so impressed with the adult movies being offered, as well as links to adult internet sites with suggestive pictures on the main menu screen for all to see even if you don't want to access them. We also realize that Hilton hotels don't offer a breakfast that is included in the price, but at least a pot of coffee in the lobby in the morning would be a nice alternative to the little cups you can brew in the room. The room coffee wasn't good and we were disappointed when we didn't find any in the lobby. The bed was great and the sheets were beautiful as well as the soft pillows of which there were more than enough. It was great not having to ask for an extra pillow. Our stay was quiet and very pleasant.”

• Check-in took time to find the room I wanted - with a view of wildlife refuge. Beautiful, restful, clean, quiet.
• Costs $10/day for internet service. No fridge/microwave.

“I was in town for an intensive seminar weekend. I was greatly cheered to be able to return to the comfort of a beautiful hotel on the edge of the wildlife refuge - it was an easy drive -not on the superhighway to get there. Felt safe, spacious, clean, and quiet. A great, restful retreat.”

• Beautiful rooms and lobby, the bed was very comfortable, great amenities, A+ pillows!
• The soda machine was not stocked.

“This hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms and the lobby were clean and very attractive. The hotel staff was very friendly. I have never slept that good in a hotel before, the beds and pillows were so comfortable I didn't want to check out! -and the bathrooms were clean!”

“This is a business hotel. Its an ok but not our expectations were way higher and so we split up the family some stayed at this Hilton and we put others up in Embassy Suites which was way better.”

• The desk staff was very polite and friendly.

“The desk staff was excellent, check-in a breeze. The "free" shuttle to the airport left promptly on time at 4:30 AM the next morning. The problem was getting a shuttle to pick us up after the return to the airport. We were one of two couples that waited for one hour, and only after a phone call did a shuttle arrive at the Humphrey terminal. In the meantime, numerous hotels and park-and-ride lots had their shuttles coming and going frequently. We could have parked at the ramp, avoided tips for the drivers, and been on the road 1 hour sooner. The manager at the time offered a free meal for us (declined as we had 3 hours to travel back home and one hour was already wasted waiting, during rush hour of all things). He took our names and promised us some type of comp deal if we stay there again. I doubt we will use it. Be warned: the return shuttle is undependable.”

• It has a good location to the MOA, was very clean with nice rooms .
• The internet access in my room did not work.

• The room was hot! No circulation or air condition unit. Thermos must of been broken.

“The hotel looked to be great. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. There were no towels in the room. One wash cloth. The room was extremely hot and there was zero circulation in there. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there were no rooms available. I found that to be impossible of a hotel this size. Would I stay there again? nope. I had expected way more than what I got.”

• Requested a king size bed, got 2 full size beds. Fitness room didn't have many machines.
