• Hotel was GREAT! A little out of date. Service was good.
• Needed two people at check in desk. We got there at 3PM, and took 35 minutes to get to desk.

“Shuttle busses, wonderful. Rooms, clean, and almost sound-proof. Bathrooms are huge. Plenty of pillows, and towels! Hotel parking was quite a walk from hotel.”

“My daughter and I take many mini vacations in the Twin Cities. We always use Priceline. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn select several times. It is by far our favorite Priceline experience. The staff never treats us differently because of our Priceline reservation. Unfortunately it has not been that way at other Priceline hotels. We have always been happy when we have stayed here and hope Priceline will direct us to this hotel over and over. Thank you for participating in Priceline!”

• The room decor.
• The parking ramp.

“When we got to the hotel, I asked for a king sized bed. When they did not have one available, they suggested a suite. The hotel room was spacious and nicely decorated, but the bed was hard and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel has a parking ramp, which was nice because it snowed the weekend we stayed. However, there are no elevators in the ramp and the stairs to get to the top level, were very slippery and dirty. Also, once you enter the hotel complex, it is hard to figure out where the elevators are to get to your hotel room. Overall though, the hotel is only a block or two from the Mall of America and Ikea, and as a bonus, you avoid all of the mall traffic.”

• It is a bit confusing to find and the parking ramp is inconvenient especially in the winter.

• Location on the border between next to the sites and far from the city congestion.
• Pool area not as warm as would be expected.

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but I would've liked a king bed instead of two doubles. The location wasn't ideal, but it was a reasonable distance from major locations.”

• It is remodeling to bring a modern approach and to keep up with competitors.
• Some of the features still looked like a regular old Holiday Inn. Could make it more appealing by ditching the typical hotel fixtures.

• Big screen TV and king size bed.
• Shuttle accommodations to Mall of America. 1 shuttle was used when at least 2 shuttles were needed.

• Location was convenient to Mall of America and most shopping.
• Parked was confusing to access.

“Hotel was upgraded and is clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Service was good. Gym is fairly well equipped, but with older Nautilus equipment. Sufficient cardio equipment and dumbbells to get a workout in. No barbells, mats, steps, bosu, fitness balls, etc.”

• Hotel staff was very accommodating and the pool area was fun (ping pong/foosball, etc).
• Our TV was old and some channels didn't come in clearly.

“The hotel staff was very accommodating during our stay. The updated lobby and bar areas look fantastic. The pool area is great for kids and adults who want to have a good time. We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball. The room was spacious and clean. It was newly renovated, except for the TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel. The location is very convenient (right off 494) and free shuttle to the mall, plus walking distance to the light rail.”

“This hotel has a great location. It's just been remodeled. The pool and whirlpool are indoor and are in great shape. There are shuttles to the Mall and the airport, which makes this hotel great for tourists.”
