• Very friendly and courteous staff.
• The window wall had ugly wallpaper.

“This hotel was fantastic. Extremely close to Ikea and the Mall of America, very courteous staff, clean room, nice bathroom, Courtyard Marriott's have failed to disappoint me yet!”

• We loved the beds and sheets, very close to Mall Of America.
• Nothing.

“Very helpful at front desk, beds are great, sheet are great, two blocks from Mall Of America. All the people in cafe very nice great breakfast. Underground parking if you need it, nice swimming pool.”

• Located next to Water Park of America Bloomington MN, nice rooms, nice pool area.
• No continental breakfast.

“Its a very good family hotel and appeared popular with business travelers as well. Well kept and nicely furnished. I would definitely stay at a courtyard by Marriott again. The beds were of good quality I slept very well.”

• It's proximately to the Mall of America and restaurants.
• No pool, that I saw.

• The pool was a decent size and a good temp.
• The hot tub didnt work.

• It out did all other hotels I stayed at in the Bloomington area.
• The suggested taxi service in Bloomington was not up to par with the hotel quality.

“The staff was more than accommodating, the restaurant has a good variety of food choices, and the bar was a great addition. All in all they score highly in my book and when I return to Minnesota, that's where I will stay.”

• The staff was horrendous.

“The hotel was very nice and a perfect location. My expectations of the whole experience were met except one thing. Staff treated us horribly. At check in they yelled at us for requesting a king bed instead of two queens. It was just a request - no need to yell! ”

• Friendly day staff.
• The night shift was awful. We arrived at 1 am and were met by an incredibly rude unhelpful staff person.

“Loved the hotel. We appalled by the night shift staff person that was on. It really tinted the whole experience in a negative direction.”

• I really liked the location of the hotel in regards to the Mall of America.
• I did not like that it did not have a continental breakfast.

• The bed was comfortable.
• Almost everything. It was not to my expectations.

“I did not like the attitude of the staff. I was not happy with the room. It was not a family friendly setting. For a business traveler I would recommend it. For a family I would not encourage them to stay.”

• It was very neat and clean.
• The bottom sheet kept coming off during my sleep.

“It was clean, updated in decor and furnishings, and very comfortable. Considering I had paid $30 MORE for a much lower-quality hotel two weeks prior to this stay in the same area, I was a very happy camper in my accomodations this time.”

• One of the front desk staff, was very helpful on the phone when we called for directions.
• Needed more toiletries supplied, i.e., shower cap, lotion, etc.

“For the price, this hotel is a good value. It is pretty once inside, the rooms are spacious and clean and inviting. The location for our needs was very advantageous.”

• We liked the convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the mall.
• The only thing that comes to mind is that we had to wait an hour to catch the bus on Monday because it ran an hour late during the week.

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard of the Marriott. We parked are vehicle and didn't need it until we were heading home because the shuttle bus was so convenient to take to the mall. The motel also has a nice pool which stays open late so people can actually enjoy it after a long day shopping at the mall usually the pool closes to early for those that reach there room late in the evening. That was a big plus! We would refer this hotel to anyone. We had a great time!”

• The rooms were large and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• The shuttle driver was really creepy and it took almost 40 minutes to get back from the mall which was less than 5 minutes away.

• The staff was extremely accomodating--above and beyond the call of duty.
• While the inside of the hotel was spotless, the grounds were littered.

“Every staff encounter I had was satisfying--very friendly and helpful personnel. Parking was limited, but because of this I received underground parking at no extra charge--another example of the accomodating nature of the staff.”

• Was the best place I have ever stayed. Great staff that accomodated all of my needs and went beyond my expectations!
• Hotel Restaurant was a little pricey.

“Very Good. Shuttle service was awesome, very friendly staff. Very knowledgable and helpful. Rooms and entire hotel were extremely clean. All items were stocked and neatly displayed. All employees were very friendly, well mannered and well groomed. I would definately stay there again and recommend it to family. Was well worth the price. I wish all places were like this one.Thanks for the good weekend!”

• Location was great, they had a shuttle to The Mall of America just overall we were very satisfied.
• The only thing is there wasn't much for a pool area.

• Great location for my meeting nearby and typical Marriott quality
• Breakfast buffet was pitiful. Omelet to order was great but cooked by non-English speaking cook. Other food on buffet was not warm

“It was very nice except the room next door had a loud radio playing from 4:00AM. until we called the desk and they told us no one was in the room. About one hour later somebody went up and turned radio off. Overall it was okay, they can't keep track of every room”
