• Nice hotel for the money.
• A bit difficult to get to from the Highway.

• Manager helped solve the kitchen problem.

“There was no oven, and our family brought food for Easter dinner. The hotel did not have a room with oven available; however the manager baked our dinner in another oven in the facility that was available to hotel staff.”

“We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, but while we were there it was great. People were friendly, room was nice and the complementary breakfast was great.”

• The room was spacious and comfortable.
• We did not care for the breakfast. We thought it would be fresher and a little more to it.

“The hotel was fine for our needs. We had some trouble finding the front entrance, it was pretty plain; but enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast could have been better and the pool wasn't deep enough for my girls; but overall, it was a pleasant experience.”

• Great location; great value. Great breakfast
• Hotel was not ready for check in at 3:00 p.m.

“The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and accommodating. When we arrived, our room was not ready. They offered us a different room which I assumed was the same type we paid for with a separate bedroom, however, when we got to our room it was a studio room and there was no separate bedroom.”

• Clean, great location, quiet.
• Hard to find from I-494, no restaurant.

“Great Airport and Mall of America, good location, very gracious staff, very clean and comfortable. Ideal for stays longer than one night. Excellent cable TV in and outside room movie selections.”

• The breakfast. The kitchenette. The workout room.
• The shuttle to the Mall was about 15 minutes late at both places and crowded!

“It was a great place to stay. Very clean and the employees were very courteous and helpful. The only down side was the wait for the shuttle to the mall and back. It was late and very crowded. The hotel is very family friendly and the breakfast was very nice.”

• My room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
• They were in the process of getting new carpet, so the old was ripped up and not in the greatest condition.

• They do not allow airport parking for one week or ever

“Hotel was great but would not stay there again as the do not allow stay and park for one week when flying out.”

• Nice rooms, great pool & whirlpool, great breakfast
• They were cleaning the pool & whirlpool in the morning

“This is a great hotel in a convenient location for the south side of Minneapolis as well as the Mall of America. Staff was very friendly. The Breakfast was great.”
