• We enjoyed the pool area very much. The rooms were clean and nice.
• Breakfast was adequate, but not great.

“This hotel was very comfortable and in an excellent location in Branson. Very close to everything, but out of the congestion. The lobby was inviting, the rooms were clean and the pool area was a hit with my grandchild. Very pleased with the stay.”

• Hotel room was really great, continental breakfast great also.
• There was nothing I didn't like.

“Was expecting typical hotel room but this surpassed my expectations, room was beautiful, and clean. High quality bedding, bath was very clean and nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, continental breakfast very good, good choices. We have now found the only hotel that we will stay at while in Branson. Have stayed at quite a few on past visits, but this is the one from now on.”

• No Cell Phone signal inside the hotel.

“Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall we, two families, satisfied compare to the other hotel where we had lived for two days in Eureka Spring. I will recommend to my friends this hotel.”

• The indoor pool was nice. The rooms were nicer than expected.
• The hallway on the top floor was a little hot.

“The Comfort Inn - Branson, was a nice hotel for the price. Great continental breakfast. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Bathrooms/rooms were very clean. Loved having two sinks in the room and the small refrigerator came in helpful. It was located in a central location for us and was in a nice quiet setting.”

• Location was great, parking was easy, staff were extremely nice, willing to work with us regarding room change.
• Overcome by smoke fumes in first room due to heating.

• Friendly helpful staff, adequate breakfast.
• Stayed in lower level near pool area, halls had musty smell, room was okay with fan running.

“The beds were comfortable, the room pleasant enough. The breakfast was very good, waffles, biscuits/gravy, cereal. donuts, bagels, and fruit. Staff very helpful with directions and finding eating places. Nice gift shop. Didn't use the pool or exercise room. Good location.”

• Colors in the room, loved the color scheme.

• Liked cleanliness and decor; loved cosmetic mirror in hall sink area.
• Needs another elevator; needs "hot" breakfast items.

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's amenities and cleanliness. Just the weekend before I had stayed in a similar hotel (different chain) this was a definite disappointment and cost quite a bit more. One nice feature was the room's double sinks, one in the bathroom and the other just outside. There was also a magnifying swing mirror on the wall for makeup and hair styling. Also, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was great.
• The room had a little bit of a damp odor. Need to add some other choices for breakfast such as fruit and muffins.

• It was very clean and they did work to please you.
• Mattresses were too soft, could use better ones.

“I would recommend this hotel, only complaint was the beds. Also they had a high school group that was very loud one night. I would have requested a ground level room if I had it to do over again.”
